Actually, the problem is already known.
After scored in football, old odds sometimes hang for a few seconds more.
Our team is working on its solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot say precisely how much time it will take, but we'll do all our best to make it as fast as possible.

NHL O/U on pinnacle you select OT included, and on bwin you select regular time.

It cost me 20€ but could have cost 500 if i didn't double check.

Oops I haven`t been so lucky at the weekend - burger has mistake in mma fight and I bet twice on the same fighter via direct link ~1k euro has gone. New experience for checking everything manually, anyway it was a good year but with unlucky finish.

There is a possibility of false arbs that is equal to less then 1%. But it always exists.
That's why we've presented an option of reporting about an incorrect arb (horn button).
Moreover, we're constantly monitoring messages on our mailbox.

Physically, it is impossible to control half a million arbs. Therefore, they are all in need of users' testing.
The given information you have read in our Terms of Use and agreed to it while signing up.

i'm not asking for my money back, that would be pretty silly of me.
i know it's my mistake and i should double check always before placing my bets.
i was just posting this for you to know about this issue and to prevent others to make the same mistakes if they are not fully concentrated.

Please, be so kind to specify what was the total of that arb and was it Live or Prematch?

Question though, on the old interface you can see all arbs even if you have no account (only displayed as xxx) and set filter options (like in 2 days, only 2 outcomes etc.).

Is this missing on the new interface?

BTW, still a lot of errors on Ice Hockey Over/Under lines.

A lot of these errors come from O/U 4.5 goals, where one bookie (the under) includes OT and the other (the over) not. This is very annoying.

Don't know if you can fix this, but you should probably include an extra check field per bookie in your system for Ice Hockey including/excluding OT

The customers with a free subscription will not be able to change the filter settings in the new interface.
They will be able to use the filter by default that is tuned on the server.
We have done it to reduce the load on our servers.

Regarding errors on Ice Hockey, you're right, there different rules.
It would be settled in the nearest time.

The service is now offering utter nonsense

Well, I took advantage of the special offer to give Betburger another try and I have to say....it's now 5-6 days since you showed me a real arb based on my search criteria

Today, your service is offering me various arbs - between 1-13% and NONE of the odds offered are available on LadbrokesExchange, Smarkets or Betfair.

I am sure you will refuse a request for a refund and again blame the exchanges but for what I have paid it simply is not acceptable. I will be postings my experience on ArbUsers as well.

Example being offered
Dundee, AH(0) - 2.22 on LadExch - actual odds 1.69

That is just one example, but in 5-6 days I have had a single REAL arb - very very poor!

for example games... on betburger i can see 1setgame5 and on pokerstar is set1game6... game5 already gone.
