The poster made that post in an irrelevant thread. He is notified to repost under the correct board.

Champions League final, match odds market.  Under £6 million matched before going inplay,  10 years ago that would be £100 million easy prematch.

I get your point about the decline in turnover. Reckon these two teams don't have that big fan bases and being from one country doesn't help as well.

One match doesn't really matter. The important thing is the trend. Unfortunately due to problems with the legislation Betfair lost several countries - Russia, Bulgaria etc. Another problem of the exchange is that they created a sportsbook, using the same site and same name. Clearly the exchange is losing customers due to that. I'll add that Betfair could have used much more aggressive marketing.

Anyone passing KYC lately? Any thoughts? Happened to me and its a nightmare being honest. Read some stories on forums and people complain it took months, this is just unbelieveable and unacceptable. Im solid customer since years, not a lurker, made them decent amount of money because of comission, thought its gonna take few days max. Yeah, sure. Its a month now since my account is suspended for KYC, few good days since they "look at" single document, no answer. Its not because of lack of staff for sure cause when they rejected my docs it took them literally an hour - two to respond...

Tried all alternative email addresses available as well, no luck at all. Im hundred percent legit, supplied legit documents as they asked. I dont mind straight answers "we dont like you anymore, please withdraw funds", would not understand anyway as they should welcome people who get them comission, but would accept. Betfair is going mad lately, read a lot of comments they bother people being logged in too long hiding behind " we just want to make sure you are not addicted to betting", cant understand what is this policy all about suddenly. Guess they would want to discourage people from exchange and move them to purple for good. Betfair as an exchange isnt what it was before anymore for sure. I would trust them with no exceptions before, not anymore.

Betfair are literally the worst company on the planet.

They got rid of me last year, they did a 3 month audit asking for literally my entire financial history, before saying F off.

I was a net losing client, earning them £200 - £1000 a week in commission, and playing totally by the book, no tricks, no exploiting anything.

I still have to use them, via Fairexchnge at 4%, and at least I get no grief from them after many months, although put 90% of my business via betdaq, who are1000x better and cheaper.

I have never known a business treat their source of income ie their customers like shit, and survive.

Its a mystery to me to this day.

Did you bother them to speed up that "audit" or just patiently waited for answers? Ive got not idea what approach is better, can flood them with emails but dont know if they dont get pissed and delay KYC even more to show me its up to them completely.

As someone mentioned before looks like they sabotaging exchange for some reason. Must be something big behind such behaviour. I noticed recently in period of few days three games with 100k markets (minor football) suspended at HT and didnt bring back to live until FT, really weird considering general lack of liquidity these days, cant remember other games suspended at HT for no reason just these highly traded, looked like they intentionaly wanted to piss off traders, sorry but I dont believe in such conicidences.

Black and Sportmarket platform provide them (not always).

What you mean by not always? Minor games as well? In average, what percentages of games if you can estimate?

Probably I was wrong. They show bf graphs always. Those times I haven't seen them it was because I had to
push the relative button. It seems that, by default, is the only bookie not shown (see light yellow).
