I don‘t know if I am on the right topic but I would like to open a discussion about the Betfair‘s Premium Charges.
-A summary of these are mentioned below-
You’ll only be considered for the Premium Charge if your account is in profit and only if the total charges generated since joining Betfair are less than 20% of your gross profits. You also need to bet in more than 250 markets.
Two conditions reduce the likelihood that you will be required to pay the Premium Charge:
Any single win that constitutes more than 50% of your gross profits over the lifetime of your account will be excluded from the calculation; and Each customer will have a lifetime allowance of £1,000 against the Premium Charge.

About these I would like to make the following questions
(…if your account is in profit….)  I have found that this profit is different for each player. In fact I've heard player who came in premium charges scheme when he had just 10000 € profit!!!
(…You also need to bet in more than 250 markets…) What is the time determination of these 250 markets?

Indeed. Betfair is the easiest to bypass 8) They are just an exchange and want your money after all.
Same goes for Betdaq. Both companies will close an eye if you things correctly.

Absolutely none.  Gambling and trading online is fully allowed by the local law.
There is only one bookie which doesn't accept Albanian citizens as far as I know, Skybet. And they dont accept people from MANY countries.

I can only imagine this occurring on markets with not many liquidity.
After you log in, you can only see the possible back / lay bets for which volume is larger than minimum stake

How about if we use some of those proxy servers? What are the chances that we might get caught?

100% you get caught.
You need documents from a gambling friendly country to support your activities.

For first time my bet with betfair was voided:
Dear Xxxxx,
One or more of your bets, placed on the market has been voided/lapsed by Betfair. Whilst these bets were all placed in good faith, in order to be fair to all users we have had to void/lapse them.
Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing info@betfair.com or calling our helpdesk on 0870 0110444 (+44 20 8834 8060 from outside the UK). You will find details of the voided bets in "My Account, Betting History".
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience, and we hope you continue to use and enjoy the site.
Kind regards
www.betfair.com

Below was table with voided bets on Russian game. Bookmaker honored my winning bet so this time I was lucky. But I am worried, why they voided my bet, and there was no obvious reason. It may have been palp but before betfair usually honored bets when odds were reversed like 10.0 vs 1.1 on bookmaker.
Has this happened to anyone else, and what may be reason for this?

Yes, it happened once to me as well last year, with the exact same message from them.  You wouldn't expect something like this from the biggest exchange.  If it is unfair, you might file a complaint to SBR.. Can you tell us what sport?

Russian football game Fixtures 23 August / SKA-Energiya v Gazovik / Over/Under 0.5 Goals
I lay over 0.5  @1.04 which was excellent price at that moment and AFTER game betfair vioded my losing bet.

Okay, there is reply from betfair explaining:
The following rule applies:
'If a market is scheduled to be turned in-play but Betfair does not suspend the market at kick-off (so unmatched bets are not cancelled at that time), but the market is turned in-play at a later time during the match, all bets matched after the scheduled time of the kick-off and before the first "Material Event" will stand. However, if there has been one or more "Material Events", any bets matched between the first "Material Event" and the market being turned in-play will be void.'

My lay bet was placed 2 minutes before game started. So I am thinking about adopting new "No bets 15 min before game" rule while arbing
