I had no problems using betfari via vpn, now i haven't used it for a while. of course I also use the deposit and withdrawal methods in the name of the account holder (to avoid risk)

Not sure what you mean here but P2P transactions are not easy with Skrill these days, unless you are sending money for chewing gums.
Also, VPN will not work with Betfair as they blacklisted all known VPN services. You might be allowed to play, but not to withdraw.
