I am going to be brief. At the beggining of december I created a BIA acc and made these deposits (maybe i am forgetting something because they don´t me allow to sign in to my acc):
2 December--> 0.1 BTCs 3December--> 0.375 BTCs 21 December--> 0.1496 BTCs 23 December--> 0.1588 BTCs. In total it was like 20K€ if I am not forgetting anything.
I play fore some weeks in blackbetinasia and the day 2 of january after lossing about half of my deposit they decide to freeze my account and told me that I am under investigation. I wait paciently suppossing that it is only a regular check. After 3 weeks copy and pasting me messages when I asked them they send me another mail telling me that my account is closed and they will let me know when and IF (JOKE) can I witdrawl my funds. Of course they don´t give me any proof of anything wrong I have made. After that I forget to keep using the broker and give them my BTC adress and an ultimatum of 72hours before making public this conversation, obviously they keep playing with me.
So in conclusion, I don´t know if this (well reputated ) company is having some issues with CoVid or something like that but they decide to block my account and try to steal my funds with no justification. Also they take 23 days to give me a final resolution about what is happen with my funds what I think says much about the company.
I don´t know what to do , obviously I will accept and arbitrage because I think I have the reason but I guess they won´t accept so I come arbusers and SBR to try to push pressure in them so I can have my funds back after lossing about 10k in his broker.
Btw I am not sure If i signed with arbusers link in BIA. How Can I check it?
Thanks

Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
Hi @mierdeitor. As we have explained to you directly via email, your account was spotted by PS3838 to be involved in line manipulation. Because of this fraudulent activity, we are forced to close your account and freeze your funds until the process is finalized by the bookie. Everything was done according to our T&Cs.
We will keep you updated by email, of course. Thanks for understanding.

The account is indeed referred by arbusers and we are working with all parties for a solution. I would suggest that you avoid the harsh vocabulary. It never helps.

Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
I will not defend nobody here becuase i dont know facts but i had simillar case with other agent and in the end PS3838 was one to blame for delayed payout and confiscation in first place but after Arbusers and other members of the forum speak up in my case i get my money back,i hope same thing will happen here but as we can see not even pinny is safe any more and more and more cases are showing where they try to take players money withoud any valid reasons.
I was also accused of line manipulation and cheating but without any proof from their side, lets see what will be conclusion here.

The 2 cases have some similarities but they are not identical. We are trying to do our best, but you do understand these things take time, and in some cases...everyone is right, and you have to find who is more right than others.

What the hell does line manipulation even mean? Did PS3838 payout the bets? Then payout OP and move on. Did they void or something else? Well, it's between the bookie and OP in that scenario.
Seems to me like they probably have financial reasons so they start making up bullshit excuses about "line manipulation", whatever that means.

Thank you for your support.
I can confirmed that my acc was referred by arbusers so they are helping with the case.
Obviously still not news by BIA-Scammers.

Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
BetInAsia are not scammers at all. We have been working with them for some years now, and there is absolutely no case where we think BIA acted in an unfair or malicious way. And believe me, the nature of agent/broker style of betting is such, that cases arise on a regular basis.
In addition, we physically met many of their managers including their owners, and we conclude these are people you can have business with.
Again, hard vocabulary is not helping anyone's case.

Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
I believe that what happened is that OP placed a large losing order, thus causing Pinnacle to move their price - and when they increased the maximum bet size - someone else hammered the price back down, taking advantage of the increased liquidity, thus creating a net loss for Pinnacle. While this was unintentional in this case, it must have hit a pattern of abuse which PIN is trying to protect themselves from.legio wrote: What the hell does line manipulation even mean? Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
Another way to manipulate lines is by hammering their early lines after identifying mistakes of their traders. You hammer the losing side, the one you expect to lose, with very little money, and when they start offering bigger limits you hammer again the correct line this time.

You never know when/if pinnacle pull the game and you left only with bets on the bad side, you never know if another bettor bet the correct line earlier than you etc.
I am interested to know what pinnacle means by ''odds manipulation'', maybe BIA has more info
Untill BIA provide us with more info that proves ''odds manipulation'', my vote is for the OP.
