Absolutely nothing wrong with this. Pinnacle pays out on such bets/manipulations just fine. Something else must have happened because if BIA is withholding funds because of this, then they must have gone broke.ex-hft wrote:I believe that what happened is that OP placed a large losing order, thus causing Pinnacle to move their price - and when they increased the maximum bet size - someone else hammered the price back down, taking advantage of the increased liquidity, thus creating a net loss for Pinnacle. While this was unintentional in this case, it must have hit a pattern of abuse which PIN is trying to protect themselves from.legio wrote: What the hell does line manipulation even mean? Did PS3838 payout the bets? Then payout OP and move on. Did they void or something else? Well, it's between the bookie and OP in that scenario.
Seems to me like they probably have financial reasons so they start making up bullshit excuses about "line manipulation", whatever that means.

Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
Hello,
PS3838 and Betinasia have a very good relationship and anyone who is trying to abuse it will not be welcomed. We have a lot of winning customers solely winning PS3838 which is completely fine, we also have a lot of players who are losing which is also fine from our point of view.
Due to the nature of the forum, we can't be disclosing what is line manipulation and how it is being made, however with further checks, we can come to conclusion, therefore it takes a lot of time.
We will not be welcoming any manipulator and we will keep on closing down their accounts not to be reopened.

Have you finished your "investigation" of more than 1 month? Also make clear to the other forum users you want to take the funds in my account and keep it for Betinasia(Steal). You are not waiting for a partner,1month now from my account closure and the funds (deposit) are still in Betinasia BookSheets.

Again,
We (arbusers), are working on your case together with BetInAsia.
If you don’t like us to be in the middle of it, you can simply request that.
If you know of anyone else who could do a better job than arbusers, feel free to use it.
Once again. Your hard vocabulary is not helping your case.
A bigger number of complaints against a broker is a sign this broker is the most popular.
And of course, by this we do not imply that the OP is a fraudster.

We believe that some fraudsters might use our forum’s intervention as an extra safety net for their actions. Even though we will help all legitimate players referred by arbusers, we will not save a tear for any fraudster.cem wrote: How come and in the forum it's almost always Bet in Asia who are reported for trying to steal money ??

Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
Today they decide to "pay me" , I had 10k in the acc after making deposits of16-20K and losing. but they decide to void lot of my winnings bets so they only pay me 5.3k. So funny. They void winnings bets because "line manipulation" but they don´t void losing bets. This is completly a fraud. No explanations only " line manipulation" and I think that if I didn´t come to this forum they wouldn´t pay me even 5.3k
I guess I don´t have much options because I would go to an arbitrage or courts but with this offshore brokers I can´t. But at least I expect that future customers learn about my experience.
If this had happened in a regulated market this would be an easy case for me in courts.

I believe at this point, everyone knows that Bet in Asia are stealing money from their customers. However I doubt arbusers can help anyone recover their funds.

Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
Hi everyone. As it was mentioned before, the investigation was ongoing and it was concluded yesterday, so the account was permanently closed and settled then.
It should be clear that PS3838 was conducting a detailed investigation on how certain markets were manipulated, and according to their policy, they reserve the right to void any winning bets that are involved in this kind of activity. Following that conclusion, it was a question of the extent of damages caused by the manipulation.
BetInAsia as a broker would act as an intermediary in any dispute between the bettor and the bookie, but when it’s a clear case of abuse, there is no other possible outcome than how this case played out.
Simply, line manipulation is forbidden, and in general, any kind of abuse will lead to account closure.

Could you define "line manipulation"? Without some sort of a clear definition, this could mean virtually anything.

I had same problem with PS3838 but they couldnt prove nothing and pay me out in full,i believe we deserve some prooves here, its not enough like in my case state that somebody had manipulated markets and took somebody money without any evidence, why dont PS3838 show us what player did wrong or he should be paid in full !BetInAsia wrote: Hi everyone. Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
Hi there. We can only state that, as a broker, we act according to the decisions made by the bookmaker, in this case, PS3838. Also, having in mind that explaining these strategies in detail publically can lead to more abuse, we will refrain from taking this further.
It goes without saying that we are not going to make any private information public. Ultimately, a decision was made based on evidence, so everything was communicated to the player directly.
Thank you for understanding.

If BIA is not allowed to describe the player's tactics based on data ground, perhaps the player could describe them?

In addition, the OP already received back the biggest part of his funds after our actions, those who were not disputed by the bookmaker. Can you deny this?
Re: Betinasia (BIA) Trying to Steal my money
You are jumping into unfair conclusions. Have a look in our forum and you ll find out that millions of euros were returned to our referred members after our actions. Can you deny this?barret19 wrote: I believe at this point, everyone knows that Bet in Asia are stealing money from their customers. However I doubt arbusers can help anyone recover their funds.
