1. This offer is valid from 00:01 CET on 29th November until 23:59 CET on 1st December 2024. Only deposits made during this period will be subject to awarding the bonus. Promotion is awarded to the first deposit only.
2. New and existing BetInAsia customers should inform our customer support at support@betinasia.com by using the code BLACK24 after they make their deposit. Once credited, this bonus can use used on any BetInAsia product.
3. Customers will receive one time 10% Bonus, valued up to a maximum of €100 to their BIA Wallet.
4. Customer balance will be withdrawable after the total amount (deposit + bonus) has 5x turnover requirement on odds higher than 1.80 (only winning or losing bets are considered as turnover – push/void bets are not).
5. Multiple bets on the same market are accepted but counter betting will only validate the lowest placed amount on that particular market (e.g. if €200 is placed on Over 2.5 goals at 2.15, and €100 on Under 2.5 goals at 2.30 odds, €100 will count toward the Bonus turnover requirement).
6. All BetInAsia promotional offers are limited to one person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, and the same payment account number.
7. This BetInAsia offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer during the promotion period for new customers. Existing customers may use this offer if they have not participated in any other promotions in the last 30 days.
8. Any form of abuse will automatically lead to cancellation of remaining funds and possible winnings and can possibly lead to an absolute account closure without any further notice or explanation.
9. BetInAsia reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
10. The English version of the Terms and Conditions will be the official version in case of any differences with translated versions.

thanks for the information. unfortunately when I registered at Betinasia, I wasn't aware of the existance of this great forum . apart from that, I would like to say that I also received the Betinasia Black Friday 10% bonus, although I am not referred by Arbusers.

Chat support informed me that by signing up with the ARBUSERS promo code I would not be able to participate in the BLACK24 promotion because at that point I would no longer have respected point 7 of the T&Cs.

That is strange. Send us via pm the account email and we will figure out with BIA. We will have an answer by Monday morning and I guarantee you will get your bonus, even if the bonus period is expired, provided nothing fishy is there.

This is their answer:
