I take a random match to check it out and 6 bookies out 15 are missing.
This in not normal and it doesn't seem a big issue to fix.
I really can't understand your behavior, I choose to renew but you have to offer
a normal service, I'm not asking for a super software but at least the basis...

Then, just a few minutes later this is what I see:
Pinnacle vs Betfair, impossible, it happens several times per day.
Betfair odds are delayed and it is lasting a lot of minutes.

...ten minutes later...wrong Betfair odds have not disappeared...
edit: this time no Bov fault, there are problems on the exchage
BUT
I will show you right today that Betfair odds are often delayed, especially lay ones
and Bov is aware of this problem since last year and no improvements have been done.

100% Betclic odds are wrong (for weeks).
Needless to say that I'm referring to dropping odds so, please, next monday
when back to work, don't check random events and say that everything's ok.
There is a huge delay when odds drop. You provide Betclic but it's useless.
Same issue for Betflag that I've been reporting for months. Nothing has changed.

I've been using the service for more than a week now and all I can say is that WHEN it's working I was pleased with it, however there has been a black hole since Sunday, I didn't have a single correct arb showup (the offline arbs are incorrect and there's no live ones), I've sent two support tickets one on Sunday and one today and haven't received an answer yet. Hopefully everyone that couldn't work for the past few days will at least get those days back and hopefully you guys fix this asap.

I'm waiting for a fix so we can keep working.

As you already said, since Sunday BetOnValue hasn’t worked at its best potential and we are sorry for any inconveniences caused by this situation. Sometimes, with so many bookmakers and events that are being processed, technical errors can occur, but we will always do our best to compensate our players in this type of situation.

I can assure you that the mails you sent weren’t ignored, the problem here is that I can not find them anywhere in our mailbox. Customer service is a very important part of our service and we would never do such a thing as intentionally not responding to our users. We can confirm that there is a problem at this moment with Pinnacle. Due to the fact that it is one of the most important bookies for us, Pinnacle will receive maximum priority and it will be fixed as soon as we receive feedback from their site. When the Technical Team will notify us that the odds are being displayed correctly again, I will also inform you here.

Can you please give a general update on how you are handling the scanning of the most popular bookmakers : Pinnacle , Bet365 and Betfair Exchange.

It is also important to know how recent are the crashes during the most busy days, Saturdays and Sundays.

I have just received info from our Technical Team about the crashes of the site during the weekends: it seems that even if in the past we had some issues with this matter, now the system has been improved. Sure thing is that we are always doing our best to keep the service up and running even in busier times, just like the weekend, so this issue is not really something that should concern our players.

About Pinnacle , Bet365 and Betfair Exchange, please note that our Odds Provider is doing its best to collect their odds in real time, as we know how important these bookies are for our users.
