Any info about this unbelievable (as they said servers had been improved) problem? They have been offline since yesterday morning and nobody complains? I know that doing that is almost useless but we need that customer service's back on weekend, no email, no explanations at all so far...I can't believe i'm the only one left with them

The silver have three minute of delay. I try to put some bet in sure in the night of friday-satuturday and for me the service is good, i m satisfy to collect few gain, but if the weekend the situation is the same it's a problem

The silver have three minute of delay. I try to put some bet in sure in the night of friday-satuturday and for me the service is good, i m satisfy to collect few gain, but if the weekend the situation is the same it's a problem

In the last months the service is working "good", very rarely it happens like yesterday and today but it has the same old problems, for example it doesn't scan first half, first quarter and other good crosses that other services (Betburger for sure because I use it) do. Bov provides absurde outcomes for strange sports that 90% bookies don't have. I'm not a technical so I can't say if this fact charges too much their server but I guess 99% users don't bet on those odds so really useless.
As regards delay, good for you if you are able to find good odds after 3 minutes, my country bookies are really fast in updating odd.

For me is better than other because they have a best choice in bookmaker of my country.
But.. The question is.. In case of disconnection like today bov offer at its costumer the free days to compensate da days lost or not? How does it behaves?

As you already know at BetOnValue, we had a black weekend. Don't confuse it with black Friday . That one is good, ours was ... let's say not so good, better said, one of the worst weekends we had.
Because we like to see BetOnValue as a community and we want to be as transparent as possible, will try to explain in a few words what happened during those days.
Long story made short:
Saturday afternoon, a part of our servers started to respond slowly due to the high volume of odds collected and compared. This issue affected step by step all our servers till Sunday afternoon when the last server from the cluster died and generated a complete downtime of 6 hours. Unfortunately, the alerting mechanism was affected, and we haven't been notified about any of those issues in time. Please keep in mind that our customer support team is not working, officially, during the weekends.
Sunday evening, when we noticed the downtime, our developers interfered, and we managed to solve the problem.
Monday morning, we implemented a better reporting system, to be sure that we will get server-side alerts in real-time and also decided to cover the weekends with part-time customer support shifts.
For your information, during a regular day, we collect and compare around 15 Million odds from around 120 bookies, in realtime. During the weekend, although the number of odds is not increasing significantly, the odds updates frequency is multiplied minimum by a factor of 5 due to the high number of live matches happening at the same time.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this unpleasant situation. As we promised when we bought this lovely product in July, we are doing our best to become better day by day.
This is why we made a significant investment in new servers a few months ago. On top of this, we did a survey a few weeks ago amongst our active subscribers to understand which bookies are the most important for you. The result of this survey was centralised and we negotiate with our providers to start integration of additional bookies, as you have requested. We don't have an ETA for this but should happen in the following months.
Regarding compensation for the downtime, we know how vital one weekend day is for the sure bet finders, and we decided to compensate all the users who contacted us with four extra days of subscription. If there is someone amongst you guys which haven't received the compensation, please contact us via our standard customer support channel available on the website, and we will happily assist you.
