Betshop, betonvalue, it was a traesure once, not any more. You could find some good arbs in markets where they dont request trebles.
Stoiximan, not happy with arbers, but they offer many arbs. I believe they accept only Greeks.
EVO and Playbet, never heard of them.

Stoiximan may not welcome arbers ( who does really?) but it's an A+ book. Unfortunately Greek residents would have to pay a 10% levy on winnings over 100 euro. To avoid this fee you would have to break your bets in smaller bets.
Don't know much about the others but  I am afraid Playbet is charging 10% from the first euro. Make sure you know what the fees are before you play in any of them.

I think that stoiximan changed it's software in order to break automatically all bets into 1 euro bets, in order to avoid the tax (haven't tried it though).

You are correct! Actually it's even better; they break bets into 0.1 euro bets.

stoiximan and 365 for greeks have a tax of at least 10% if the odds are higher than 100.
evobet has awful odds but they are very slow when they change their lines, also they have a max withdrawal of 300 euros per day via mb.
playbet is not a good bookie as far as i know, they may have a tax of 10%, i wouldn't play there.

Regarding evobet... they have a daily limit of 300 euros per withdrawal and even that is not certain since many times error messages appear in withdrawals. If one contacts they always have an answer like "it is skrill's platform problem, it will be fixed". But well, too many platform problems lately :)
Their other trick is to show a big odd but after placing the bet make sure you check the betting history. It is common that the bet has been accepted with a new (and even significantly) lower odd and no message of odd changing was there upon placing it. So yes they used to be slow to react in odds changes but it is no use if one does not know what odd he will get after placing a bet.
Their odds have anyway been getting from worse to worse with odd sets in major soccer league under/over for example being 1.60/1.89... Seriously? :)
Accounts with sharp activity are often limited to about 200 euros per bet.

As for Playbet it is a common policy to deny the initially granted bonus when one asks for a first withdrawal

Stoiximan is a good bookmaker
