I do my first deposit using BTC, 2 days ago.But until now My BIA account is not credited.

I chat, write and sent to them screenshots about my deposit that I have made via Binance.

Until now my BIA balance is still Zero.

Please In such a situation what do you advise me to do?

I'm also having a terrible time with their customer service lately, not getting answers to anything I ask.  I'm seriouly considering moving to another brooker.

You're scaring me  

Since you are a new member maybe the process takes up to 72 hours. Or maybe keep in mind that is vacation season, and their staff may be currently absent. I would suggest waiting until 72 hours. If nothing happens, maybe it would be a good idea to consider another agent.
