Good evening to all forum members.
I am making this post to publicize the problem I have been facing since Wednesday, where suddenly my sharp account was deactivated.!!!!!
I contacted bet in asia and they told me that they are not responsible and that my account was deactivated due to a check of my betting activity by betfair.
In a new email that I sent to bet in asia they told me that they do not know when this CHECK that is being done on my account and which has been done since WEDNESDAY will be completed.!!!!
Because I am a trader and have several games that are open, the damage I have suffered these days is enormous
without counting the games that I left at their mercy in the previous days.!!
I hope that Bet in Asia, which I supported from the beginning and trusted with its new product, the Sharp Exchange, and to which I have been a customer for almost 4 years, will try to find out when this audit by Betfair will be completed and my account will be opened so that the damage I have already suffered does not become irreparable.!!!!!

I have been facing the same problem (open positions) when they left Orbit to migrate to the new Sharp and suddenly the old site was inaccessible for days. Bad situation at all, and I just arbed so there were only few bets not yet matched. Assuming you were not doing something shady, this way of suspending account without warning is completely unfair.
They could inform you and in the meantime suspending withdrawals to allow you to close your positions.
Then, depending on what they found, closing your account or let you keep betting...

I faced the exact same problem as you when they terminated their collaboration with Orbit where I suffered losses as I had several open bets and I left them at their mercy.!!!
Also another time two-three months ago they deactivated my account while checking my betting activity.!!
I don't know what's been happening in recent months but I'm starting to lose confidence...
I should point out that my account was closed for days but they opened it yesterday, an hour after I posted my problem on the Arbyusers forum.!!!
Finally, I would like to thank the forum admin for his support and I am sure that he also did his bit so that the alleged audit by Betfair could be completed more quickly.!!!
P.S.: I hope that these phenomena among long-time traders will cease to exist and will be done where they should be.!!!!

Somehow I doubt these incidents will cease. Every day practise show that more and more accounts are getting locked or suspended for a certain (or uncertain) period of time. Learn to live with it.

Yes, but when you have a loyal customer for over 5 years, you know inside and out what role he plays or what bets he plays.!! You are obliged to know it and not put his job at risk.!!!

I am a trader and they have audited me 3 times in the last 6 months, causing me huge losses from bets that I did not close.!!!
I am starting to question their supposed audits...or even who is doing these audits.!!!!
This has to stop.!!!

Well even if u have direct BF account they can mess you over. I have fully verified bf accont for plenty of years already. There was unique opportunity on market i took my position in, for some reason market price got even better for so i decided to deposit bit more money (just small 1k deposit). the moment deposit was completed my account was suspended. i couldent trade, it means add more money to my positon or hedge my position. Took them ~50h to unsuspend my account ended up with lost opportunity + lost trade as hedge was not possible on right time. Eveything went exactly like i tought so it was painful to watch.

Years active account and suspending without any notice should not be legal especially as harm was made. nobody cares.

Syndicates might use dormant accounts, or very old accounts to take advantage of their excellent profiles. But have no doubt, the other side is clever too. Also, there is always the possibility of the change of character of the original owner who would like to experiment in other tactics and strategies.

Learn to live with a big brother in your account. If you face the same problem again and again, don't keep open bets. Cover your bets without waiting for the larger odds move. I know this might not suit your style of play but it is a reality.

First of all, I must emphasize that you helped me a lot in unlocking my account ... and we are lucky to have this forum, but what you are saying is like telling me to stop being a trader anymore.!!!! We all know that the desired exchange rate can exist even a little before the game...!!!
Unless they don't want to be traders anymore... only then do I understand what they are doing with the frequent checks on specific players like me for example... causing me huge losses.!!!
Something needs to be done and maybe you should also push as a forum ... so that checks are done where they should be and not on players who have given writing samples for years.!!!

This needs to change my friend..
Especially in accounts that have written some kilometers and have given clear writing samples.!!!
