Q: Why only Soccer?
A: We believe, that Soccer events are 90% of the whole market, and we do our best to cover first every major and minor league, maximizing arbitrage delivery in terms of quantity and quality.
There is dedicated team of betting experts, monitoring and working on the completeness of the coverage.
Meantime, we are working on new engines and functionalities, in order in near future to be able to cover new sports and markets.

Q: How much OddStorm service costs?
A: Login into your OddStorm account (registration is absolutely free) and follow My Subscription page.
There you can find different subscription plans, promotions available and prices.

Q: Damn! Why OddStorm service is so expensive, in fact most expensive one on the market?
A: Because it is doing the best job for what it claims to do! Being the most expensive and meantime on the market from more than 6 years is the prove of our job.
We believe that the professional arbitrage players prefer to pay a bit more on a less crowded service. And this is the way our users want it to be.

Q: Do you offer free trial?
A: No, we do not offer free trials. We offer three days subscriptions.
And yes, we do exceptions for this rule, when we are on promotional period or sometimes when directly asked via support email.

Unique OddStorm features:

• WE COLLECT ODDS ON OUR OWN! WE DO NOT BUY THEM!
  OddStorm collects odds from bookmakers on its own. That way OddStorm do not depend on third parties, which provide delayed odds and missing tournaments.
• Only wanted information is provided! You can customize bookmakers you wish to use. When browsing tournaments, events, surebets, middles, polish middles you will only see odds and events from selected bookmakers. That way no “unwanted” information is provided.
• Event matching system! OddStorm guarantee displaying of almost all soccer tournaments, leagues and events matched against each bookmaker.

Common Filters:

• Filter by time, percentage, value! You can filter surebets, middles and polish middles by event time, min/max percentage/value.
• Filter by bookmaker! All surebets, middles and polish middles are shown against chosen bookmakers. You can anytime customize the list of bookmakers of your interest.
• Filter by "Must Exists" bookmaker! Show surebets, middles and polish middles involving only "must exists" bookmakers. Great for bonus hunting.
• Filter by league! Stop showing surebets for a particular league.
• Filter by odd! When you decide that an odd is not attractive anymore (ex. if you already bet on it) you can remove it with one click. That way you will see no surebets, middles and polish middles with this odd. We believe that you must see only useful information!

Additional InPlay Filters:

• Filter event for 1,2,5 minutes. Very handy when a goal is scored.
• By arbitrage outcome count. Now surebet list can be set to show surebets containing 2 outcomes (legs)
• Show only events which are on Half Time break. No risk of goal scored during the arbitrage trading time
• Current score is draw
• Minutes till Half Time break or Finish are less than given minutes
• Arbitrage outcome odd price lower than a given value
• Arbitrage percentage filter can be set to custom values from 0-100%

Other:

• Obvious errors filtering! OddStorm filters obvious errors in bookmaker’s odds. Bookmakers make a lot of errors providing their odds. That way we filter almost all fake surebets, middles and polish middles.
• Calculators! Every surebet, middle or polish middle can be calculated. You can specify fixed stake for an odd price and than OddStorm calculates other stakes, percentage, value, profit, loss.
• Auto Refresh! You can specify time interval for a page to refresh, so you always see actual information.
• Auto Refresh Interval! You can specify 15 seconds for web site prematch and 3 seconds for inplay refresh. Desktop Application refreshes instantly.
• Alarm! When surebet, middle or polish middle with given criteria is found, OddStorm will sound alarm. That way you have no engagement to sit and watch OddStorm site all the time.
• Customer Support! One of major OddStorm goal is its Customer Support. You can always rely on our professionals if you have any question, recommendation or proposals.

It took 2 seconds from odd price of 2.08 seen on 188 site from our parsers -> arbitrage generated -> arbitrage delivered and shown -> screenshot taken!
As you can see there are price changes catched in a very few seconds between (4 seconds for example)

Good example is also cross-market arbitrage type of AH1(-1)-EH2(+3)-EH2(+2) at score of 1:0

In my opinion covering only soccer is a huge drawback. There are plenty of arbs in other sports too and they are useful especially during week days when there are not so many soccer matches played. For me personally this fact combined with big price discourages me from buying your product. But you are probably aware of this and maybe you are targeting mainly big fishes who can afford more services to get the best quality combined. So I just ask, are you planning to add more sports into your service, and if yes, when we can expect it?

Indeed, covering only Soccer is a drawback. I can not say it is a huge drawback over time, if it is covered well. It is all about quantity and quality of the surebets provided.

Yes, we plan adding new sports and markets, but at this point I can not say when it will be fact. We all hope to be soon.

Betin.com seems very decent bookmaker in terms of events and markets available.

Currently, in OddStorm system, there are 568 soccer events and total of 17143 odd prices available for surebets.

Are you sure about this Chavdar? I notice significantly diferent odds between these 2. Or am I wrong?

I believe they have same odds.
Or at least they had months ago, for several months till we covered them both.

Actually, last few months I have no personal opinion over Expekt odds compared to Betclic, but doubt something changed.

Recent changes to our coverage:

• Cashpoint added to pre-match
• Marathonbet pre-match resumed, after web site change
• BetWay and TheGreek pre-match were reintroduced, now we got full coverage
• Pinny pre-match changed in order to cover early today on-site change regarding number of lines shown. We've got full line coverage again.

Any comments and feedback are welcome, as always.

does anybody buy a subscription plan with a delay? i always felt that is useless and monitors offer it just for the sake of having more plans available.

There are different people with different betting and/or arbing strategies.
Some interested in watching asian trends, other only in middles and polish middles or catching opening markets.
Others are even ok with our BASIC and FREE mode, even they are 15/20 minutes delayed and limited.
IMO, 2 minutes delayed InPlay subscription that we offer is totally useless for our clients. Maybe discounted 20-30 seconds will be a good shot, as it will compete with other cheaper services on the market.

Before years, there was no powerful odds comparison services and there were people buying PRO (2 minute delayed) for odds comparison purposes only.
Currently it is mostly matter of prestige, demonstrating powerful systems serving behind, being capable of managing different odds/arbs/middles timing for mass usage.

Finally, answer is Yes. We have few PRO and BASIC subscribers at our records for pre-match.
