Hi. I am trying boylesports today and it seems like they have some good arbs. I asked live chat if the odds are correct and wont be void and they said if the odds are a mistake then my bet will be settled at the correct odds.
This sounds ridiculous, if I win the bet they can change the odds so I don't win as much? Does this happen often?
Their ratings seem fine. Anyone got any bad experience with them?

Settling the bets at ''corrected odds'' , which will be far lower than the real price at the given time, is a standard procedure by lots of bookies.
That way they can keep the money from the losing bets and pay less than the real price at the winning ones.
Basically they can fix the odds however they like so they make profit from the market.
But i wouldnt worry about that unless im betting on over 20% arbs, or if bet365 has their lines stuck.

Other than closing the account fast, they always paid my bets. Never voided one of them, but i only placed around 50 bets in total there.DonkeyKong wrote: Hi. Re: Boylesports
Totally useless from my experience, their limits are a joke, after first bet they limit to €0.01. Maybe they act a bit different if you are from UK.

Re: Boylesports
This is only UK book that didn't limit me. My account lasted about a year until I could no longer bet due to country restrictions.

Re: Boylesports
You mean maybe 2011. It was 2-3 ago I think but a lot has changed since then. I wasn't using them very frequently in the first few months since no alert service I was using at that time was covering them. I became more aggressive later on but maybe they had already decided that I wasn't much of a threat.Arbusers wrote:I believe this was around 2.000-2001...right?qbet wrote: This is only UK book that didn't limit me.
