brokerstorm refused to return my deposit

Thu May 18, 2023 7:24 am

Several users on this forum have praised Brokerstorm for their ability to good customer service and able to place lay bets on horse markets quickly. Intrigued, I decided to try their services. Unfortunately, my experience with them was subpar, and I ended up losing my money due to their dishonest practices.
Initially, I deposited €59 to test their services. Here are the issues I faced:

-The interface of their website looked cartoonish and unprofessional, which didn't impress me compared to other brokers.
- I requested a Winfair24 account, but they gave me the wrong username and password, which took me five minutes to figure out. This was very unprofessional.
-Their English proficiency appears to be limited as they made spelling errors and used incorrect words. It's really unsettling to see a licensed gambling company behaving this way.
-When I requested a betnfair account and made a few in-play bets, the website was very lag without any apparent reason.

After facing these issues, I requested a withdrawal on the same day that I registered my account with them. My current balance was €66.56 (€59 deposit + €7.56 profit). However, even after two days, I did not receive my money.
Upon inquiring about the delay, they requested all my kyc information before they could process the withdrawal. Given the minimal amount at stake, I was reluctant to provide them with my personal information. I offered to burn my winnings and requested that they return my deposit, which I believed was a fair proposal. Despite their assurances of being a LINCENCED company and that my documents would be safe, they spelled "licensed" wrong as "lincenced," which made me even more skeptical about their authenticity. They insisted on having my kyc information, leading me to believe that they were not a trustworthy company.
Furthermore, after reading about another user's negative experience on this forum, where Brokerstorm falsely accused them of fund passing, I became even more convinced that I made the right decision not to provide them with my documents. It appears that Brokerstorm may have been secretly promoting their website on this forum, which is concerning. I hope that the Arbusers forum administrators will investigate and take appropriate action against such unethical practices. It is my sincere hope that no one else falls victim to their dishonest practices.

kyc is not a reason to term a bookie bad, you should send them what they want and you will get your money.
It is normal in this industry to find something like that.

The forum clearly supports 4 agents. It is all over in our forum and our portal, and we have been accused countless time for being persistent with these 4. Brokerstorm is not one of them.

Every forum is a place of discussion and a place to exchange ideas and information. Everyone is free to discuss for as long as he/she stays within the policies, the terms&conditions and what we consider best practices in our forum.

What you do with this information is up to you, and we do not take responsibilities for whatever anyone posts in our forum for as long as he/she stays within the limits previously mentioned. The responsibility for using any service is absolutely yours and no one else's. You should do your own due diligence as we monotonically repeat in several sections of our forum.

As our forum is considered an authority in the agent style of betting, almost all agents tried to have presence and advertise their services. We rejected the majority of these efforts. We know that many agents try to advertise their services indirectly, and whenever we detect such an effort we take active measures. Our experience in moderating a forum goes longer than the 13 years of arbusers forum existence. But if this is not enough and you could pinpoint cases of misuse of our forum, please be our guest.

As this is not an angels world and we know the corporate ethos of this industry very well, we are convinced that competing interests would attempt a character assassination of rivals. We take that very seriously under consideration when we moderate the forum.

Lastly, our forum gives you voice. While we do not expect a ''thank you'' we expect to at least not το shοοt your legs.

Hello,

As the player in question stated we are a licensed company as well, we understand and fully respect the importance of following the regulations and the policies of our Licensing Authority.
We asked from the player to provide us the KYC documents due to our obligation, and to proceed with his withdrawal request. We did not forfeit his winnings or refused to send him back his deposit.
It goes without saying that we are not going to make any private information public, although the customer was afraid of this, and we also do not accept any threads or insults to our working staff, which due to the nature of their business are trying to reply as fast as possible to all of our customers.
We do not welcome customers with this unacceptable behavior due to our company members. We strongly condemn threats which he personally tried to make to senior members of our team, and of course we will not violate our policies and terms of service for any customer.

KYC is standard. As long as u prove proof of identety, adress and payment proof u shouldent have any problems withdrawing. Right now i dont see any fault at brokerstorm.

Just send them those things and u will see everything will be good.
