But agree - this was another step from bwin towards arbers - they definately want to get rid of us sharks trying to say with the millions of tiny bettors placing 4€ at 6-10x combination-bets @odds of 10-100.

Arbers think this was against arbers, Poker players think it was against them haha 

As a pretty active user on both, I think its just Bwin doesn't want winners period. They segregated the poker playing pool to the dismay of that community and now find a way to even top that.... Time for the Ipoker rooms/books to kill whatever is left of party/bwin

As mentioned this is not only a measure against arbers (though mostly intended against them), but a clear steal from all bwin client's. Just think a small punter that bets 100 eur and wins 5000 eur. The cost of the deposit for bwin would be around 3 euros. The profit from the withdrawal for bwin would be 150 euros. Genious!

Skrill merchants have fees too. Although the biggest reason are probably arbers, they just decided they won't cover the Skrill fees anymore and have instead pushed the expense to the players.
I'm thinking they're paying 1.9% + 0.25€ which makes 3% + 3€ pure theft. Or maybe this is just for deposits?
