Do you mean If you can open an account in Pinnacle and Orbit under AC? I think yes!

I think you can open all accounts that you want under different broker as long as they offer the products on their portfolio

My fear is whether they can exchange information and identify that I am doing arbitration, you know?

That shouldn't be a problem. But, like every other arbitrage action, you should be expecting limits from the softer side.
