If bet365 employ good 200-300 bookmakers and train them well, in one year they will have trained bookies that will be able to cover most of the events.
Or even better, Betradar can do that and sell odds to more bookies. You can do the math how much will this cost them per year and how much is bet365 earning last years.
Hint: they can easily do this if they decide to accept this business model.
