UK betting shops, casinos and all social venues have been ordered by the government to close their doors, effective immediately. This is for an initial 14-day period, after which the government will review the situation on a monthly basis.
The UK was slow to react to unprecedented events caused by Covid-19.

Australia is still playing.
But the list got even smaller than the previous post. Australia, Belarus, and Singapore are still continuing from the above list...

Those few nations that still have action are irrelevant as they will close in a blink of an eye.
For me what is concerning is how long will it take to straight things back to normal.

Obviously you see that Nba etc. are crazy to get back as soon as possible, but its no situation where they can rush.

Considering that those major organizations are much better informed then average person, they cut the action too late.

Say what you want but Nba players testing positive is just another shade how much they value money over anything.

Bad news. Cancelation of Tokyo's 2020 Olympic games. They will take place during the summer of 2021.

Marc Lasry's (Milwaukee Bucks owner) best guess is NBA will be back in 60 days. (CNBC)

PM Boris Johnson addressed the UK yesterday night. We were hoping for a clear signal in regard to the date that professional sports (and betting) would return to normality. Unfortunately, the UK PM did not mention anything about this.
The UK was among the last nations to enter quarantine, and the results should be considered as poor compared with other European nations. Johnson revealed a three-part strategy to kickstart the economy and reopen society. It seems that mid-June or early July will be the kick-re-start for UK championships (if nothing else happens).
Many dates have been rumored so far. We believe horse racings will resume before other sports.
