DISAPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH ASIANCONNECT (AND PIWI247)

Sat Jan 11, 2025 7:48 pm

I have noticed that “issues” with agents and/or BF white labels starting to accumulate!
An alarming trend I would say..
As a matter of fact I ‘ve also had a very unpleasent experience these days and I believe I must make it known to the community….

I have a very old Asianconnect account (obviously verified in the past) and some months ago I opened a piwi247 acc via AC88
I ve made several deposits and withdrawals with no problems until recently when suddenly started to delay a withdrawal request giving me unadequate typical and repeating responses

Only when I contact arbusers (AC account was referred by arbusers) , AC contact me to let me know that they wanted a new KYC to this old account .
Let me tell you this wasn’t a typical and easy procedure but eventually after a few days I got verified (again) and managed to succesfully withdraw all my funds

Now , I must publicly thanks arbusers for the invaluable help and advise through this process , I have some experience in this space and imo without his help the outcome would be different.
We all know that betting via agents is an extra risk we take and hitting that arbusers link when register to them mitigates these risks

I confirm all of the above said by Cortomaltese. Congrats for having your withdrawals completed and the way you handled the situation.

In this situation, AsianConnect operated below our expectations. Cortomaltese passed an extensive and repetitive KYC and verification procedure that went on for days, before having his funds back. We alarmed AsianConnect, these situations can't go on for long without consequences. On AsianConnect's defence, I must say they were responsive and cooperative.

Again, I am taking the opportunity to say, this is the nature of this business. Problems like this do happen often. Agent style of betting is the riskiest style of smart betting. As I monotonically repeat, brokers come with an extra layer of risk. It is not the same as betting in a shop or a betting terminal down the corner. Brokers are offering valuable solutions and for these solutions, there is an extra layer of risk. Anyone engaging with an agent/broker, acknowledges this kind of shi.t will happen at any point of a smart betting career.

There are three different problems with agents since 1st of January related on this forum. Is it just a coincidence?

The problems are 4, as one of them is still pending, but hopefully it will be sorted out very soon. The problems come from the use of Betfair white labels, namely Orbit and Piwi247. The rest of the business conducted with the platforms, Mollybet, AsianOdds, Black, SportMarketPro, PS3838, FairExchange, SharpExch are smooth as always.

i must say that i was suprised by this issue since i 've never in the past had any problems with AC88 (at least not to this extent) and as already told my account in AC is old , very old

I'm facing the same issue. My account is old and I've never had any problems with Asianconnect. In fact, I only have positive comments and praise for them. However, today I've noticed that strangely my account appears in the KYC section as if it were not verified. Additionally, I've been waiting for a withdrawal from Piwi247 for 2 days, which has never happened before (they were always processed on the first day) and that's what alerted me, and that's why I came here to the forum, and surprisingly I find that there's something strange going on with these platforms. What could it be?

@jusebega

If your account is referred by arbusers, send me a pm mentioning the account email and we will figure out.

I don't see a reason for significant concern. In money management and related activities, it's common practice in other areas to require an updated KYC every year or two.

I've been using betinasia from 2019 and AsianConnect from 2021. Last year both requested update kyc. It's been done within a day with no problem.

Same here, i requested a withdraw and i had to do again the KYC, had some trouble with ID photos not being accepted but eventually my account was verified and the withdraw executed normally.

(between deposits and withdraws i'm abundantly in loss, don't know if this makes a difference... probably i'm profiled as "good" customer")

It's rubbish what's happening with Asianconnect. I'm in a similar situation and obviously since I'm not referred by Arbusers, they're not going to help me.

And I see a reason for HUGE concern here. Now you find it normal to verify people once a year. Would you mind if they do it once a month soon? Just for your safety of course, nothing else. They accepted you as a customer, verified you once, nothing they do is about you, its a way to refuse you as a customer if they find out you are a sharp. Give me one single reason why the fuck as you are VERIFIED by them already they need to do it again?

Am amazed how naive people are. Common practice you say? Yeah, same as shit called "source of income", no one on earth could imagine such crap years ago when I started betting, now people accept that like something normal. You guys let bookie screw you - even more - defend their dumb practices, no wonder they do what they like.
