DitoBet doesn't want to pay out and returned all my deposits

Hello, I am having an issue with DitoBet.

I registered approximately a year ago on their site, verified the account completely and deposited some money via crypto and skrill, and with 100/200/rarely 300 euro bets (mostly casual basketball bets, in the last few months eurocup/euroleague etc.) my balance went up to 2,7k. In one point I decided to pull out some money, namely 300 usd, and withdraw it via crypto.

After the initiated 300usd withdrawal, DitoBet contacted me via email asking for backside of the ID, bank statement and a selfie of me holding my ID and a piece of paper where some random code is written per their instructions. I delivered all three without any problems.

After a day or so, I received a totally random Skrill deposit (around 900 euros) from them. I tried to log in my ditobet account and see how is the verification going, I couldn't log in, getting the ''Client locked.'' popup. I contacted them immediately, asking what does this transaction mean, and after a few hours received the following email:

Dear (deleted my name),

It's not a random - this is exact amount of your deposits. You've been notified by email. In case you did not receive it (which is not true as we have delivery receipt), here is copy of the mail:


Both accounts "nonchalant" and "mico.of.lazarevic" are closed due to terms violation. All bets and bonuses are voided. Deposit is returned.
You are not allowed to use our services! All further accounts you try to register will be blocked too.

2.5. You are only allowed to register one Account with Ditobet. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple Accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/ or third parties operating on your behalf. You can have only one account per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address, mobile device and/or shared computer, i.e. Public library or workplace. If we have good reason to believe that you have opened several accounts with the intent to defraud the Company, we reserve the right to immediately close all of them.

3.2. "We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will withhold payment to any Customer where any of these are suspected. The Customer shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to us on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the Customer's fraud, dishonesty or criminal act."

3.3. "We prohibit the use of unfair practices in the use of the Services. Thus, we protect our users and guarantee the integrity of the Services. If a customer is found to be involved in any form of collusion to the detriment of a third party or other activity that we classify as unfair play, his account may be permanently closed and the account balance may be confiscated or withheld. Ultimately, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate the offending account(s) for the purposes of conducting a thorough investigation into the unfair practices, use of the Website in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purpose, you have used the Website in an unfair manner, have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of Ditobet or any of its customers or if your account is being used for the benefit of a third party, the person or persons responsible for that practice will face the following consequences:
- you shall be liable for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by Ditobet (together “Claims”, “Investigations”) arising therefrom and shall indemnify and hold Ditobet harmless on demand for such Claims;"


4.1. All customer bonuses/offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card), linked NETeller or Skrill accounts, mobile device (e.g. mobile or tablet), application download or shared computer (e.g. public library or workplace).

4.2. All bonuses/offers are subject to change at any time. Ditobet has a right to cancel any bonus, jackpot and/or any prize if Ditobet is confident the Player has implemented a system usage fraud. Ditobet reserves the right to change, cancel or refuse any bonus/offer anytime at its own discretion.

Expect no further communication! This decision is final!

It goes without saying that I never ever heard about that account and only had one account in their bookie, nor did I have a reason to do such a thing (I was betting normally there until that moment), so I wanted more details from them, how in the world did they connect those two accounts, based on what proof.

Any further questions from my side led to even more cocky emails from them, even when I mentioned that I would take legal action against them. So my question is - how do I win this fight where a bookie just steals away my profit that required hundreds and hundreds of bets? Any help would be useful. Thanks in advance.
