Am i missing something?

I can not find anything saying about cashback in the past.

Did we have any kind of cashback from BETinAsia?

BetinAsia is not currently available for UK customers. Am I right in that? If I access it through a VPN can I still use their Sharp Xchange, or is that not a viable option?

Unfortunately it is not for UK clients, no matter if they use a VPN service or not.
