Due to two fast dismissals and restricting PBKS's Run Rate from 10 to circa 8.7, in the Death stage for MI's bowling, the Blues are a slight favorite in terms of odds. Jasprit Bumrah at last is in the usual econ stats for him and the team arises ahead. At this moment, two main scenarios for market intervention till the 20th over are most probable.

WOW, PBKS has achieved 198/5 and they are the current favorite at a quota near 1.62 or something, at the break-time. Pre-analysis prior to the season start showed the gigantic task of the new opening batsmen and middle-over batsman to replace at full former teammates' partnership KL Rahul and Chris Gayle, under the KXIP name.
Today the Red achieved 65/0 after the Powerplay stage (Gayle-Rahul style) and the middle order batsmen later were brilliant to save RR quota.

MI's legendary bowling department wasn't at the top-class today. If Mumbai lost today, they must analyze the bowling performance at the 5th, 18th, and 20th Over. Bumrah, at the end of the first part, played well, and Unadkat at the beginning and maybe in the middle overs. The rest was tend-to-mediocre for Mumbai Indians' criterion.

The Powerplay will be the first entry point in the second half in some circumstances. Let's see MI's batting efforts now.

After Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan's dismissals and well-performed hedging operations, for later entry/exit positions, among the required info is Rohit Sharma's tactic as a captain for Mumbai Indians. Will he tend to achieve the best possible Strike Rate for other batsmen immediately, or will one of them accelerate at later stages of the match, prefer tactically to be an "anchor" batsman, provided that the Required Run Rate is above 11 at the moment?

65/0 vs 42/2 in the Powerplay, the odds are a little out of order at that stage and some value appeared, especially after Brevis' six and Varma's two fours.
Arora and Singh's econ rate at the moment is under 8. Kagiso Rabada's performance will be more important from now on to compute some probabilities till the end.

A rare event occurs, but have to mind historically Mumbai Indians' top-form. After blue guns produced several sixes in a row, the swing in terms of odds in MI's favor was in the range of almost 4 till 1.6 at Required Run Rate below 10. Compute for yourself, is the hedge immediately worth it or the value is bet for Mumbai's possible win?

Kieron Pollard is the new batsman, the odds again are out of order at the moment.

Another dismissal (Pollard) and the raised RRR above 12 caused huge odds swing, final Death overs for Mumbai batting, with five wickets in hand. Two consecutive sixes by Yadav and we saw restoring the previous odds. :)

Rajasthan Royals versus Gujarat Titans at the moment. Far before Jos Buttler's Strike Rate amount of 240 some minutes ago, the exit operations were more than enough to secure some predefined targets for moderate risk tolerate players in the markets. On the other hand, Rashid Khan's decisions (circa 7 Economy Rate at the moment ) during that match, if some predefined circumstances happen, might be value-adding.

Dayal has an econ rate over 12, but he achieved 2 wickets taken so far. If wicketless at the moment Hardik Pandya (below 8 Econ Rate so far ) till the end of the Middle Overs achieved some success, combined with a much better Run Rate for Rajasthan Royals, the odds might be more attractive against the RR team during the Death stage. The additional entry/exit positions are possible.

Again Neesham's underperformer appearance, circa 100 Strike Rate so far, he may much more, indeed!

KKR vs SRH in progress. As seen so far, there isn't much dew on the pitch in Mumbai at this moment, therefore if Kolkata Knight Riders might organize their bowling part well vs Sunrisers Hyderabad after the Powerplay, and if they shortly dismiss many batsmen, they will attack the Qualifier 1 position in IPL 2022, i.e first or the second position before the Play-Offs. Only their current Net Run Rate saves them to achieve that at the moment.

One of the battles between Titans - Andre Russell at the 5.2 Over, has just dismissed Kane Williamson and KKR's odds for win dropped from circa 1.8 to circa 1.5. Almost finished Powerplay for Sunrisers, and much more money entered across the markets.

The Current RR is circa the Required RR, that's excellent, but only two batsmen dismissals so far... Have in mind, that SRH needs 63 runs off 42 balls, Tripathi has a Strike Rate of circa 200, but Sunil Narine achieved an econ rate of 6 and there is no a wicket taken achieved at his account, and he hasn't off the bowling yet, he bowled three overs so far. Calculations are complicated, indeed.

LSG vs MI now. Powerplay comparision: Lucknow achieved 57/1 vs Mumbai Indians' 57/2. Brevis' attack at Strike Rate 238, several fours and one six, moved MI's odds from 2.7 to circa 1.7, but his dismissal almost restore previous odds on the market. Marcus Stoinis bowled Kishan, but RRR is almost the same as the RR, plus seven batsmen at MI's disposal. Huge odds swings at the beginning of the Middle Overs stage and possibilities to trading. I suspect MI have to start the severe attack, but without strong resources for them, the probabilities for some additional entry points are closer than they appear.
