This can't be determined unless we have information from BetBurger itself. Tech-based subscription companies often sell for 3-10x EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) or 2-5x annual revenue, depending on growth and profitability.
Investors usually considers ''a bargain'' to get 3x annual revenues. These days when everything is expensive and funds are looking to be spent 5x is more close to reality, but again, there are many factors to be considered, user base, operational costs, revenue etc.

Oddsjam are clearly so good sellers and so good marketers.
They put the shot in the B2B so fast, instead of B2C, and have REALLY BIG MONEY behind. I'm not saying that they have no merit, of course they have, but, Betburger is much better technically, and has a better odds comprehensive. I even think that Oddsjam buy the odds from various sources, instead of scraping them, and the odds feeds are expensive, so expensive.
Gambling.com pays much more than the real price. In my opinion it does not worth it, but, who knows...

Very much correct reading the situation. In my view gambling.com is all about affiliation. OddsJam is so american oriented that had no serious leverage in Europe. On the other hand, BetBurger is Europe oriented, with less leverage in the US, but larger expanding in S. America and Africa, while we all see Asia emerging. BetBurger is a software provider predominantly but other parts of the company are focusing on affiliations. So their model is more complexed and they are very competitive in several fronts.
