Bets on casino and skill games are not affected by this new regulation.
Casino and skill games are prohibited by the new law, so it isn´t allowed to offer them at all > they break the law
A minimal contribution? An example: someone places a combo bet of 10€ and wins 10.000€. The tax would be 0,50€ for that bet. But what Interwetten does, is they take 5% of the 10.000€ (500€) which makes a nice extra profit of 499,50€. They don´t partially burden the tax to their customers, they actually earn extra profit with it.However, we need to pass on the additional tax burden now, at least partially to our customers. Only if you win, we allow ourselves to flip a minimal contribution to cover the tax burden on you.
I doubt they pay the tax anyway, when I look at their criminal behaviour.
