It appears the solution is to lose at gobetgo and move funds to other books. I do hope that if the balance gets to 0, rollover requirements will not be necessary anymore, even if they haven't been fulfilled. This is not covered in the bonus terms, so I think some clarification would help.

GOBETGO closed my account because they found that I am in a relationship with somebody who also had account with them.I have opened my account on 30.06.2014 and made 42 bets till the end of the World Cup.I still had another 60 days to complete the roll over but they closed my account because I have a boyfriend who also had account there few months ago. They found that on facebook. They say this is the main reason to close my account.
You were also playing from the same IP, same address, with the same betting pattern. There are absolutely no doubts that you were the same person, bonus hunting. You are not welcome in our sportsbook anymore. We have cancelled your winnings, refunded your original deposit, and closed your account. You will not receive anything more, so you are just wasting your time right now. Good luck in life with your fiancee.

Why are you lying? We have two computers with 2 different internet providers. What betting pattern?I placed 42 bets on the World Cup.I will never stop complaining in every sport book forum.I expect at least my deposit plus the winning from it.I will never stop until I get what I won.About the address,I am renting a room in this building like 3 other families.I changed mu original address 2 months ago because I moved because of my job.

Isn't that great? Maybe you meant the opposite  :)

I think he means if odds change from 1.50 to 1.30 it will be refused but if it changes from 1.50 to 1.70 it will get accepted at 1.50 when its value actually decreased. I remember oddsmatrix had a similar way of handling livebets.

The more proper question would be, why are YOU lieing? Take a look around. People are playing with thousands, how come your are the only one complaining. We refunded your original deposit and closed your account for bonus hunting. You will not see a penny more. And this is our last response on this matter.

Why do you call this bonus hunting? Is this a bonus hunting when two people who just sleep  together both have account in BOBETGO ,playing through different computers, different internet providers?I will continue with the Russian Sport Forums.I am sure they would be glad to know about that case.

But you both took the bonus right? From the same household?
If they are right, you are just wasting your time and energy...

My friend opened account and took the bonus 2 months ago.We are not one household. We are just dating and we have status "engaged" in facebook that is why they are blaming us for.We have 2 different computers with 2 different internet providers.I use 3G through my phone he is using VIVACOM local internet provider. They couldn't out figure out anything but our status in facebook. This is what I got first.

Hi gobetgo,

as mentioned above I am interested to know if ROR is still needed if entire balance is lost.

Thank you.

No. If the balance is lost, any rollover requirements are cleared.

I tried to place a live bets just a moment ago, and all I'm getting is either "Trading disabled on this selection" or "The odds have changed" while odds are remaining the same on the screen. It's impossible to bet. I tried on two browsers, Chrome and Firefox.
I tried to find the phone / chat to contact you, but the only possible way is email. LOL. This is getting funny.

So why do they offer live betting then at all? It's obvious they don't have enough traders to keep up with it.
