That's not the problem. We have a system problem with live betting, which we are working to resolve asap.

and you answered that:" They are glad to add me a bonus of 50 euro to my account". I placed 41 best on the World Cup games and made mine 150 euro to over 1250.Then they decided to blame me in a bonus hunting?
It is your choice people do you want to risk your money.I will never stop trying to get at least the money from my deposit and the winning from it,until this bookmaker exist.

I think it would help if you let us know whether you have coordinated the bets which you have placed with your friend's bets in order to get the bonus. I am guessing this is what gobetgo is accusing you of. On the other hand, this kind of behavior is not mentioned in the terms, I just had a look at bonus t&c; only the general cancellation of promotion at their discretion is written.

My friend opened account lost his money and then 2 months later I had  opened one too.The reason for closing my account is that they found I am in status "engaged" in facebook.

From slavinag93's and gobetgo's answers I still haven't found out if the two clients were registered from the same home address. If yes, gobetgo has the right to void the bonus and winnings. If no, gobetgo had absolutely no right to do it. It's so simple.

I think it is also important how gobetgo defines 'bonus hunting'.

I registered with address the same as my friend's because I am renting a room in the same building.I didn't know I do not have to do that.The address from my ID card is different.I can send my ID to them to check that if I was asked.Any way nowhere in the T&C is forbidden.I told them to get at least my deposit plus the winnings from it.Why they gave me a bonus in first place.They could refuse giving a bonus for new customers.I made my 150 to 1250 that is why they decided to do that now.

If you are so sure that they are bonus hunters (that I believe tbh) let him confirm if he allows and post it's addresses ip's whatever proof you have. The accounts are closed anyway.  You said they share it ok show the log case closed,move non actually useful stuff and not nonsense. If he/she is so sure that's not the case he will agree or atheist I would do it. Let him confirm and give us a closure PLZ

We would love to post their entire information and bets on the forum. As long as the player agrees.

Arbing is bad for only certain bookmakers. Arbers bring volume. For the few months which we have operated, we have been highly profitable with the arb players on our site. This can be confirmed by all the arbing service owners, who work with us. We are happy to cater to arb players.

Bonus hunting creates a positive EV within your own house, this is bad for any house. Hence why there is a difference between the two.

Why dont you "investigate" before giving a bonus if a customer is allowed to be part of the promotion instead of taking all winnings when you have a winning player ? You can check surnames,ip-s, or residence before aproving a bonus. I suppose there will be no complaints in this way .
