Indeed you can see arbs between softbooks and basebooks 4-5 days or even 10 days before the game. This is because arbers dont want to engage their capital in a long run arb for some reasons.
1 is not having surplus of capital. Many arbers will use the same capitan many times within a day and they dont want a comitment that will tie their capital for days.
Another is because they dont want to give enough time to bookmakers to understand that there are arbing activities going on.

Correct, even between Pinnacle and betfair arbs exists (I have one on my radar for couple of days already), but I don't feel like for 1% and only 1,5k liquidity having my money tied up till end July

This is not good. You're shooting yourself in the leg. Should take a look around other  successfull bookies with bonuses who arbers haven't killed yet and see their bonus terms. if you're gonna force me to make 20 bets, you're gonna lose money. it's simple as that.

How would they lose? They win, because it's harder for you to abuse it.

To address some of the questions:

Withdrawals - Starting end of this week we will have 1 free withdrawal per user per calendar month on all payment methods. After that, the withdrawal fee is 2%. We will be updating the site with proper information regarding this once we release it, most likely on Friday.
