How can you figure out that i am using the account of my relative who is 20 years ?
I am not talking about fake documents , fake ID etc.I am talking about real ID , real documents and not my grandfather 70 years.Even bet365 , wh ,188bet and other major bookies can't figure it out.
Anyone using women and grandfather accounts is asking for troubles.

Where can player submit a complain if he think that right is on his side? NOWHERE. Gobetgo should join to IBAS or any other 3rd party company who will dicede where the truth is.

unless the player made mistake with ip, cookies or stuff like that, how can you be 100% two players are operated by the same person? i don't think phone call and inability to answer what is -2 handicap is the prove beyond and reasonable doubt.

A member here reported that you asked him what was his last bet, which he reasonably couldn't remember and then you told him that he didn't pass successfully the verification call.
By asking clients over the phone questions like which was your last bet, expect to lose all members of the arbing community from your clientele.
Every arber is placing hundreds of bets weekly and is impossible to remember his "last" bets (unless if he monitors them somehow), regardless if he is using an account in his own name or placing bets on behalf of someone else. Not remembering a last bet certainly doesn't prove that the account is used by a third-party. It is only an excuse to confiscate funds and is used by several mafia-bookmakers nowadays.
The next level of ridiculous excuses will be to ask a user how much time was he online last time he used your website or in which markets did he browsed.

Phone calls are a ridiculous idea to start with for two reasons. If some random calls out of the blue asking about sensitive information to "confirm identity" you'd have to be daft to just go ahead and spill it. Now, the questions that are not sensitive such as who did you bet on or how much was your last deposit are pointless for the reasons already mentioned above. Who the hell can remember.

As you can see from comments from other users your policies are ridicilious. I told you reasonable reasons why I couldn't remember my last bets. The truth is that what you are doing is wrong and you are dealing customers badly and even worse stealing funds from innocent customers. I bet that real reason you wanted to get rid of me I was beating your site with 16% marging and that's the reason you asked documents from me SEVERAL times.
