We don't have any plans to limit players just for the fact that they win, as in the majority of other books. We want to attract turnover.
However, are very strict with player control and will not allow any abusers such as multiple account users, fraud users, users placing bets on bad odds.

With such attitude i can't see go (bet) go any far!
Is all said before me from other comrads but let me focus on some key words
-void only winning bets doesn't have to do anything with the good intention you are requesting from customers
-You are not charity organization and we are not donors
-By limiting customers you are shooting your own legs
-Always remember sirbobet

What they do is theft players. I was theft yesterday because I bet in a "wrong" odd and they cancelled bet after game end!
the "wrong" odd I bet was a normal odd in gobetgo, where draw and non-favorite have bigger odds than others books.
Re: gobetgo.com
They define a bad odd if many arbers bet in same event with high odds and win!!drhoo wrote: how exactly do you define a bad odd?
this is where the mistreating can occur.

All that bet voiding stuff doesn't look good does it?
Just another book saying ''our terms and conditions allow us to mess around with your money as we see fit''

Re: gobetgo.com
You 100% contradictory
For once don't make the mistake every new company does... If you get beaten by arbers or valuebettor or w/e, they are not their fault but it is your fault, because either you have bad traders or you have 1 trader for 50 matches the examples are obviously examples and not the truth but you get the point.
You have every right to hunt down anyone that frauds or something likethat and it's ethical right noone will ever complain (except the crook)
If you get easy way, the way you don't loose money at your mistakes, following the tactics let's void any bets that getting us uncomfortable because "we are not running a charity" you are shooting your own legs thank god internet is limitless today.
Every possible arb involve wrong odds. the example of 10-15-20% arbs are not arbs and if someone is stupid enough to bet it, then yes he deserves to loose his moneyWe want to make something clear with all of you right at the start. We do welcome arbitrage players. However, we will not tolerate bets on wrong odds. You know better than anyone else which are they, when you see them.
You have absolutely no difference than any other new book... Noone said you are running a charity, but you are not running a risk free bussness as well. If you are not pinnacle, that you obviously you are not because a pinnacle like model need also millions of turnover, that you don't have as a new company, you will loose money from arbers. Be honest not with me, i know the answer but with you, are you willing to void a losing bet? Here is where we are taking a different approach from any other book. We don't like when people come and try to beat our book as we are not operating a charity organization. Since we know that these bets are placed due to such arbitrage opportunities, We will not notify the players for the voided bets. . If you will be messing around with us, be prepared to lose money.
No you are not welcoming us. You can't say that you welcome an arber when the purpose of the arber is trying to beat you.We welcome every one of you, who is with good intentions to bet with us. Everyone, who thinks they can abuse the bookie should look the other way.

You might consider very careful line publication, not to come up with the obviously wrong/inverted line. Also if you spot one, would be good to apply an automated system to void all bets placed on the selected (wrong) line/market PREMATCH and also automatically send an e-mail to the account owners, following cancellation of the line.
That would be not that time-consuming and fair.

We never void after the match has started. Probably 25-30 people on this forum (all the arbers that attacked it) can confirm that the yesterday match was voided many hours before it started.newway wrote:They define a bad odd if many arbers bet in same event with high odds and win!!drhoo wrote: how exactly do you define a bad odd?

The bets that we voided the other day had 126% arbitrage! Any of you can't expect such bet to survive in our system. It is clearly an error odds.
Re: gobetgo.com
We void losing bets too. We void them hours before the game starts, so there is no way for us to know if the bet wins or loses. A wrong odd is anything that creates an arbitrage of over 5%-6%.raizzak wrote: You 100% contradictory

We always spot and void such bets prematch. We never voided and never will after the fact. However, we will not be sending email notifications. If you are betting on a 120% arb in our house, you carry your own risk of losing your money. That's the company policy.SurebetMonitor wrote: You might consider very careful line publication, not to come up with the obviously wrong/inverted line. Re: gobetgo.com
I am among those who attacked them yesterday on wrong odds and saw my bet cancelled. When exchanged emails with gobetgo they explained me their policy. I found it fair enough and congratulate them for their honesty. I think that if we ask bookmakers to be fair against us we shall also be fair against them. And what Gobetgo argues here is fair and must be respected. I do not wish to make any estimations on how the company will behave in the long-run, if they will be efficient and reliable on their payments...but as far as it concerns this certain issue the company deserves to be given a credit from all of us.

Re: gobetgo.com
I'm pretty sure that noone cares about that arb if you really bet at 120% arb or even 20% and you believe that you are going to make money then no offense but you are an idiot.... Also when i said about voided bets i wasn't meant future events that you have time to react, but i wasn't very clear so let me rephrase, the greater portion of arbs they are created at live markets and 5% arbs on live they are very common, what about now? and also since that the traders don't have much time to react what your responses are?GoBetGo wrote: We always spot and void such bets prematch.
