Not that those things can't happen obviously, which, as far as I know, is not a crime right? Or do I have to ask the ''VIP'' department @GBG if I can place a bet now. Because if someone happens to place a bet, on any market of the same game at the same time, we both could be flagged as cheaters..

Max, with all due respect, there are far more serious complaints about GBG than yours. You haven't passed the basic KYC yet and you are still complaining like hell. And yes a bookmaker asking for an updated proof of address is basic KYC. Even if your bank statement was issued in July it has by now long expired.
There are other members here that have completed advanced KYC and despite that fact GBG has still confiscated their money. Please don't spam the thread and let their stories and arguments to be heard. They are far more interesting for the community than yours.

You still won't tell us why you played with them in the first place? I admit a selfie is a slightly invasive request by a book but that is an alternative they are offering you. You do realise you could go into your bank any day and ask them to print you a statement and have it signed and stamped for address proof purposes? I'm sure you do but then what would your excuse be, couldn't make it to town my legs fell off?
One final more general point. SBR.com are more useless and even more pro book than ibas (believe it or not that is possible) so I wouldn't count too much on their help. - GBGs e-mail is a very sarcastic one that goes far beyond the limits that a company (of any kind) should treat or communicate with clients.
- All incidents are important, but judging from the posts that I see in this thread, some incidents of major importance are staying in the shadow of incidents of minor importance just because some people are more loud than others. Like this, the focus will be lost.

@Max you don't even have an issue ..... you just need to send bank statement when will be available in january...... what i can see they didn't treat you bad....you don't want to show bank statement which you sent WITH ALL DATA COVERED so made me think that they are right.....if it's 2 years old and they verified by mistake you can't blame them for asking new one..... other cases are totally different and more interesting to see who is right......

Its so funny,how some guys here defend gobetgo. Max, even if you sent that bank statement, you account and money will remain be blocked. I know someone, who had this stupid phone call, had sent ids etc. received already money and once he won big, that account was blocked. So it doesnt matter, if you are verified or not, when you win too much, you will never ever see your money.
I give gobetgo max 1-2 months until they quit business and all of your money will be gone. So when you have the chance, withdraw now!

Fair play to Yorkjoss and a few others who called it right,i have been lucky enough to come out of it unscathed,looking back on the thread,GBG showing players statements winning big,was probably the biggest sign they were scammers,but hindsight is a wonderful thing,and some of those wins were huge,the kind of money,that would mean you coming to some harm,if you ripped off the wrong people, if i was them it wouldn't be the lawyers i would be worrying about,

i read in some bulgarian forums, they did the same to all their customers in bulgaria,some wanted to kill them! Some told gbg that the will contact FBI...and a bit later GBG was blocked for all bulgarian customers, because this george is the director and he dont want to go to prison. So i dont know what we all can do,to get our money....any suggestions?
