We will be upgrading our servers this week, so that we improve the service.
As for live bet arbs, there isn't much we can do about them, as any other bookmaker. We have actually tracked our lines many times with other bookmakers and we are quite fast in updates, compared to others. So in many cases we should be on the right side of the arb.

We can't have the best odds on all 3 outcomes, that would crush our book. We are taking bets up to 8k euro per single bet. A user may be able to place a few bets before the line moves. I do not know if the bet was canceled before or after the match. The arb was between 3-4%, with odd of 5.2. In oddsportal the historical odds was 4.5 (Tipico and Mybet)
So, not worth betting more in Gobetgo (the risk is to higher). You should at least warn, by email, about void bets or adjust the odds,as Bet365, if you consider that the odds were misplaced

Okay I went ahead and did as you advised me....just requested the withdrawal via Neteller and expected to be charged no fee (this was my first withdrawal ever). However, from my withdrawal of 2692 euro only 2585,40 arrived in my Neteller (and no there were no conversion fees). Yesterday our server technicians were performing an update, which should have resolved the performance issues. The site was offline for some time during the day while they were working on it. Let us know if you still have issues with site performance.
