Is it possible to cancel a pending withdrawal request ? If so and cancel it, will the pending withdrawal amount be automatically added to the balance soon ?Yngwie/Sawyer wrote: its deducted from balance but money withdraw action stays as pending.

I dont think that was a scam by purpose but it was just badly run. I do know of a few danish pokerplayers who lost big amounts at wauw. But all of the 'company assets are kept seperated from deposits by local gaming authorities to make sure your money is safe with us' is just utter bs.
Re: gobetgo.com
Without derailing too much, I was playing at wauw at the time of collapse (both betting & poker). Less than 48 hours before the site went down I got a mail from their CEO stating how happy they were having me as a customer and if I ever had any issues I should write to his email directly. I believe I had requested a fairly large cashout just hours before.Arbusers wrote: On the other hand, I see many differences with the Wauwbet fiasco. That was a company from Denmark. Their managers made several mistakes and in the end they weren't able to pay. All assets of the company were liquidated and players got back 66% of their balances. I believe GBG has no assets at it's disposal.
In both situations, Pointbet and Wau, there was no affiliate intervention or abuse. Here the situation is even worse.

I 12,5k on gobetgo
I am very angry
does anyone know the name and surname of these thieves?
does anyone know if "Restaurante Oasis 175 meters to the Este San Rafael, Heredia Costa Rica" is headed to the same owners of gobetgo?
I say that we have to find them in wherever they are
Dear MR RED I think that the money they have stolen are many many
we put together all the information and try to find them

Re: gobetgo.com
I was lucky when didnt sign up there because I really was planning to do that. That was because Betbrain and Betonvalue kept those scammers listed as their standard bookmarkers. As late as within last few days they removed Gobetgo, but still keeping Ball2win as a standard bookmarker I will never use their affiliate books thats for sure.

There are no names, no people to chase and drive to court ?
We don't have any weapons to fight other than screaming in forums ?
Re: gobetgo.com
Is it really so simple ? You get some license, you rent hw and sw, you post high odds and bonuses, you attract customers and end up with some decent balances and then you shut down and run away ?Maio wrote: hi

Re: gobetgo.com
yes, and really, the last 10 years it's been done at least 40 times, probably in some cases by the same people. due to lack of regulation, but also because soo many bettors let them. too good to be true limits and/or too good to be true odds: it's so obvious you can never make a profit on that as a book. as long as bettors only think about their own profits, and not about how someone else is suppose to pay for those profits, it will happen again and again and again.gvolt62 wrote: Is it really so simple ? Re: gobetgo.com
Since this company belongs to Bulgarians, I see no reason why not to confront them in a Bulgarian court. I was wondering if MrRed's lawyers took a look at this direction.

Here we don't have anything ... we are talking about some ghost "george" with some ghost "company address" ... Gobetgo isn't a company ? isn't it registered somewhere ? isn't there somebody responsible for it with full name ? Can't we prosecute him ?
Re: gobetgo.com
I am talking about smt else ... in the real life you have a company, there are legal documents registered by a solicitor, they know who you are. If you cannot service your providers or customer they prosecute you.vinciguerra wrote:yes, and really, the last 10 years it's been done at least 40 times, probably in some cases by the same people. due to lack of regulation, but also because soo many bettors let them. too good to be true limits and/or too good to be true odds: it's so obvious you can never make a profit on that as a book. as long as bettors only think about their own profits, and not about how someone else is suppose to pay for those profits, it will happen again and again and again.gvolt62 wrote: Is it really so simple ? in real life you don't do business with a company in some third world country on the other side of the world.gvolt62 wrote:I am talking about smt else ... in the real life you have a company, there are legal documents registered by a solicitor, they know who you are.
