companies like gobetgo.com if you can call that a company, form a complicated multijurisdictional structure that prevents clients from having simple access to justice, they form a Costa Rican company, get a license from Curacao and have operations in Bulgaria.


So courts are only competent to decide on matters that took place in their territory, I believe that their TOS mention that all disputes have to be resolved in the courts of Curacao, so a Bulgarian court will not be competent.

Although I didnt have account there sure I sympathize with everyone that suffered lost.

I would recommend to contact the Interpol with all information you have. Since my professional work is related to finance frauds in certain way I have contacts  with in Interpol service in my country so I ll try to get some directions during the next week.

Money can disappear but people cant!
