Sorry, but that's simply not true. I have dozen of evidence where this happens everytime. If odds change to lower from 1,50 to 1,30 you will refuse the bet every time. You can create the video and send to us or post here. I spoke to our technical team and trading team, and both said noone has ever reported something like this before, and it is technically impossible. What I'm wondering, how will they calculate my winnings from bonus?
I deposited 200eur, got a 50eur bonus and now have an account of cca 1000eur. The first use should always be of my own funds, and only then of a bonus. What If I always had 50eur in my account, therefore practically never bet with the bonus? Hence, there would be no winnings resulting from the bonus, but only from my own funds.
It's a very slippery area.
And why there is no easy way to check where you are with the rollover online? Instead you need to send email every time.
