gubbed on stake and/or sportsbet?

Hi everyone,

did anyone ever got gubbed/limited/restricted/whatever on Stake and/or Sportsbet (crypto bookies)?

I've never seen anyone complain about it, that's why I'm asking.

I recently experienced voiding my bet on Sportsbet not on Stake, YET, and I hope I will not :D but I'm interested in if anyone experience being gubbed by one of those bookies :)

Hello Mystic,

I have been VIP Sportsbet.io user 3 years ago. It was very nice trip there, I have received a lot of bonuses, it was a miracle. I have won also a trip to Japan for the Semi final of the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
I have deposit and withdraw very large amount of crypto without any problem and it was very fast service. I am sure still it is so good in payment methods.
But, as You can guess, arbers cannot choose where to win and where to lose, so - when I have started to win big amounts on the bookie side regularly, my account was gubbed from Boosted odds option.
Also when I login into my account - odds are limited with few ticks down. Let's say if odds before login are 2.0, after my login looking like 1.95.
I have just stop betting there, because there is no more sense, I cannot make further money there.
But it is very strong bookmaker /Sportsbet.io/ with great support team and very fast deposit and withdrawal payment system.
If You can somehow stay on the loosing side there longer - it would be wonderful story for You!

Does sportsbet.io do KYC?
You need to upload ID and utility bill, so yes, they do KYC

Personally, I have send my documents to the bookmaker at the registering of my account, because I have plan to play with big amounts and don't want to be surprised in case of problems with KYC.

Hi Martins,

I have follow Stake from time to time to see their odds. I have never bet there, because odds are pretty poor.
American bookies are very good with large limits, I have bet there almost 10 years, but this year they closed accounts to citizens of my country. They have very good bonuses for people with american and canadian citizenship.
Betonline.ag, Sportsbetting.ag etc...

You hammer max bets or you try to stay under radar with lower stakes? Because IMO if you hammer you will place maybe 2 bets, if you don't hammer then you can go with say 5 bets. It's debatable what is better.

I just want to add that I don't know what country you are placing your bets from, However I just wanted to warn you that there is a huge huge difference between stake and sportsbet in the UK as they are white-labelled by TGP Europe, who quite frankly awful they will limit your bets and the prices aren't as good , From my understanding Stake.com does not limit your betting if you are a winner however I cannot personal speak from personal experience and i'm going off what other bettors have told me.

yes, i've been gubbed by sportbetsio for winning normally (never did arbing on that bookmaker)

There is no much difference by "long term normally winning" or arbing - for the bookmaker. The only difference is that an arber is covering positions on the opposite side with another normally sharp bookmaker, while an advanced bettor (non arber) is just betting EV+. Maybe hitting little less sharp odds but still way too much than what they like.
