Have I breached term & cond?

Sat Feb 25, 2017 10:20 pm

Hi guys! I used to play poker some time ago, I've open account with WH long time ago through affiliate website. I received 50 bucks I turned it to +500 and decided to withdraw it, but because I have never paid in money they didint want to agree. I decided to pay in 10 quids to sport from my account and then I was able to pay out everything, after that I stopped playing there for a while and move to Poker Stars but then one day I decided to pay in some cash to play poker again but they decided to verify my account five years after I singed in so I got pissed off  with them and I asked to close my poker account with them.
In 2014 I started surebetting and I opened account, I forgot ( I am not lying here ) that I had one with them already. Will they ever figure it out?
I want to play poker there again and I don't know what should I do? Should I tell them about old account or I should not and start playing on the new one.
I am worry that if I will play on the new one they will seize my cash if I win it but if I tell them about old one they will seize cash from betting on the new one!
Did I breach terms if I cleared bonus on the new account?
I have never bet on the old one even a penny, because once I paid in tenner I cashed it out next day.
I already contacted them and during the conversation I realized I asked them to close my account. Silly me.

Do NOT play on the new account.  Contact support, tell them you made a mistake by registering the new one and ask them to open your old account again.  It's not a matter of "if they will find out".  They WILL find out the second you try to verify the new account and try to withdraw...after that you are in for a world of pain.

In that case...it's probably ok this way.  I'm confused about how you managed to get a payout from the first account though...

They didn't want to add any payment method so I paid in 10 pounds for betting and then I was able to withdraw everything as I transferred money from my poker account to betting account. Then after some time I couldn't log in because they decided that my account has to be verified. 2 years from opening and after withdrawing all my cash :) I told them to close my account permanently cos lady on the chat was very bitchy :)
