www.trade-24.com, called me  and they told me that they will help me trade Forex and I deposited $1000.00 and after two weeks I doubled my money by luck. I stopped trading and I wanted to withdraw my money since may 2014 and up till now I have not received my money back from them.

Please could you advice me what to do so that I can receive my withdrawal from them.

I heard that they are in UK.

Please could tell me the steps to follow in order to recover my initial deposit from them.

They aren't regulated by the FCA if this is what you mean and as far as I can see they aren't regulated anywhere. Their London address could be a virtual one. Have you asked for advice at trading forums?

I want to report them to moneybookers because I paid them with my moneybookers account.

trade2win for example but there are others too. Try to see if there are complaints or reviews about them anywhere. I would call them every day, be persistent . MB could try to put some pressure on them, they can help if there is a delay with a sports book.  Hopefully they are just slow to pay and aren't scammers .
