Re: Ice Hockey Rules
They took back the money. But I complain, because according to their rules, my bet clearly won. Issue is now under consideration, and they stated they will change the rules now. I am prepared I have screenshot of their rule, so I am expecting this should be resolved in my favor

Re: Ice Hockey Rules
I understand your feelings but I think it's difficult you win this fight.
According to nhl rule 84 (www.nhl.com/ice/page.htm?id=26498)
"Regardless of the number of goals scored during the shootout portion of overtime, the final score recorded for the game will give the winning team one more goal than its opponent, based on the score at the end of overtime".
In general this is very clear in the terms and conditions on most bookmakers and I think Matchbook should amend it.

Re: Ice Hockey Rules
This is officall rules, but not bookies rule. So what you pasted have nothing to do with my issue, my issue is that I won the bet according to bookie's rule on hockey, but they didn't pay!

Re: Ice Hockey Rules
Was your bet an arb or an individual bet?
If it was an arb... what happened with the other bet?

Re: Ice Hockey Rules
A bit of an old topic but just to share my recent experience for overs unders of 4.5.
The match was a non nhl match, russian hockey game.
I bet an over on 4.5 at pinnicle and under at ladbrokes on 4.5.
The match finished 2-2 in regulation, and an extra goal was scored in overtime thus 3-2 finsl score.
My pinnicle bet was obviously a loss, but ladbrokes aldo deemed my bet a loss.
I was a bit shocked so i quickly got in touch and they admited to the mistake as they deemed that the extra goal in overtime counted towards the final result, yet in their rules for ice hockey, all bets on non nhl matches are settled in regular time, excluding overtime.
Guys you have to check every bet, make sure and keep tabs. Never trust the final settlement.

Re: Ice Hockey Rules
I dont get how they mistake? Usually bookies buy service for results outcome. Noone tipping results, its quite automatic.
