Hello thorocska, commission for MB accounts is 1.25% if you pickup an existing offer and 0.75% if you post an offer on their site.

Be advised that there are certain country restrictions that we have to follow as their (MB) restrictions also apply with us when it comes to personal / private Matchbook accounts.

I suppose the 1.25% is on winnings and losing bets too.
What about when I'm trading?
Placing a bet on team A and placing a lay bet on team A at lower odds. This results an overall smaller profit. Should I pay only commission on the net profit of the market?

Private Bookmaker Accounts

We also offer Private Bookmaker accounts with the following bookmakers:
  • Pinnacle
  • IBC (Maxbet)
  • ISN
  • Matchbook
  • OrbitX (3% commission on all winning bets)

What is the commission for a Matchbook account when you give the direct MB account (Private Bookmaker Accounts)?
Is your MB account usable for trading purposes (Back and Lay bets and only pay commission on the net winning)?

looks like new policies since June 2019 :

"Matchbook cannot accept new signups from individuals residing in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, France, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Russia, Germany or Italy. "

old registered accounts from these countries will be closed

My country is not on the restricted list.

Most likely because you win money off their market makers. They did the same to me a few years ago. They closed my account for no valid reason and refused to reply to any email I sent asking why.

The winnings were small (100 - 200 EUR). I didn't use the account for arbing, just for trading. Only used around 50 EUR / trade.
MB seems like a joke, not an exchange.

Today Matchbook sent this message:

"Dear xyz,

Following an ongoing internal company review (unrelated to your specific account), your account has been closed with immediate effect.
You will not be able to deposit any funds and you will not be able to make any wagers using your account.
You shall receive a full refund of any cash balance on your Account within the coming 3-5 days.
This has been returned to your original source of deposit. Neteller
We apologise for any inconvenience however this decision is final and cannot be revoked.

Anyone got a similar email?
What could be a reason for this?
They didn't state any information why did they close the account.

Bookies discussion / Matchbook account with 2% net commission
« on: May 19, 2019, 05:28:35 PM »
Is there any agent who could provide Matchbook account with 2% Net Win Commission?

I see that AsianConnect have a fixed 1.25% commission rate, but I think is not good for trading purposes.

Which  Betfair agent should I use. some of the agent are charging commissions when you place a bet  that is not fair.

BetFair without commission is not exists. Regular BetFair commission without agent is 3%-5%. For some countries even 6.5%
With Orbit account you could get 3% commission. This is very low IMO.

I need reliable Betfair Agent that does not charge commissions when you place bets..

Go with AsianConnect. They have 3% for Orbit.
If you don't need trading (back and lay bets), just straight bets, then go with SportMarket, they have 2.3% for BetFair odds. But only via their MollyBet interface.

Generic question;
do these clones (in this case orbit) also provide API access, to be used in e.g. geeks tool or to be used in own software?

Alfa1234, a few years ago PremiumTradings and 18Bet was the same company (owned by Bellona N.V). So no wonder the close relationship.,1154.msg15628.html#msg15628

Bookies discussion / Re: Pinnacle no longer accepts action from bots

Please understand that this is a move for Pinnacle as a business, as we look to venture into offering our API system now known as Pinnacle Solution.

Should you be interested in gaining access to our API for commercial purposes, please contact

This seems to be bullshit in my eyes. Pinnacle Solution is an iframe bookmaking solution for customers who want to run their own bookmaker, powered by Pinnacle odds, with a custom skin, limits, margin, etc. As I understand from
So this is not for BOT users, but for custom branded Pinnacle bookmaker solution.
I'm very interested in what they would say if your friend write to
Anyway why they provide public API (just check their GitHub page) and why they promote it on their site?
The "Winners Welcome" policy and "arbers welcome" policy also contradicts to their new t&c.

It is not only a value betting party, but an arbing party as well. Sharp books are reducing their limits not because of arbing between sharps and softs, but because of arbing between sharps.

I thought Pinny did okay with Arbers because Arbers lost more than they won at Pinny, as the arb at the Soft book was usually the winning one?

As Arbusers said, if bots placing arbs between the sharps, then this hurts them.

Bitcoin Betting on the Blockchain.

Problem with Bitcoin is the big fluctuation in price. For this reason, I couldn't use BitCoin for betting.
How do you handle this issue?
I know that the price could go in your favor, but sometimes the price crash and you could lose a very big amount.

Check PremiumTrading's (Premium Agent) and other agent's features. They provide you agent account (not super master agent), and you could provide accounts to your clients.

Side comment: There are ways to camouflage bot action and make them look like pure human manual betting. Some bots are already adopted.

Arbusers, this part of the term annoys me: "if it is determined by us that you have employed or made use of a system"
So if someone employs a winning betting system (with manual betting and/or BOT action) could be judged by "defeating" Pinnacle's software. So in my interpretation every winning account could be flagged as "defeating". Emulating human betting and excluding BOT action is not helping here if I understand the above sentence correctly. What do you think?
