You have to tell us, where are you from?
What kind of stakes can you place in street bookmakers?
How slow are these bookmakers against betfair, pinnacle and the Asians?

Had the same idea but here in Slovenia it is impossible.. Only 1 street bookie and its offering worse odds than any online book.. I guess it is the same in your country..

First of all you need to see the limits offered.
Bookmakers that dont offer single bets are out of the game.
Then you must find who is slower that Betfair, pinnacle and the Asian.
Get the coupons from all shops. Stand with your laptop somewhere with a good wifi signal, and send someone place the bet with a lot of cash in the pocket. For fast communications you could also use a walkie talkie, so you confirm everything in real time.
Funny, but working.

...working - but at least in Austria those betshps are usually in bad areas/locations, meaning also that you expose yourself some risk of getting ripped of, etc...
Also always there are some rather weird people hanging around in those betshops, placing 5-15x combination-bets for 1€ - but watching who else is there - then you move in and get paid a couple thousands on your last win - guess who will get attracted???

Not real fun IMHO!

Everything is true, but only part where you say "Bookmakers that dont offer single bets are out of the game.".
I place a hundred of bets with combos (accumulators) and everything works very well.
