The same here,  i can access only to accounts where no transactions made in last weeks .. All others are blocked... Really hope its only coincidence
Sms dont works of course too.. somebody have some news?

Situation is expanding and deteriorating. I just informed them via mobile and I m waiting for their response. My effort will be to try resolving all this mess the as soon as possible so we don't lose Saturdays action.

just spoke with them using a call..

All blocked account needs to send ID copies to email and they send you new password manually.
My account is now unblocked and fine.  If you want to speed up the process just call them.

What a fail...

There will be millions of blocked accounts for next few days, most of them will have to send an ID, how fast can Skrill verify such large number of ID's I would like to know.

i have both £ and euro account with tokens.
They blocked one of them last weekend and it took 5 days to send me password link

for non VIP account everything is normal, no verification

No matter if skrill is VIP or not,  no matter if using VPN . Almost all my ,, familys" account are blocked..
Only one account is unblocked cause i made a call and recieved new link manually - so expensive call , 20 minnutes and i was 21. in the queue.... So i sent emails from every account but really dont know how long time will this take.


What a hard work we'll have during the weekend without skrill transactions...

Yes, SMS code arrived just fine.
Thing is lots of old SIMcards will get disabled after a year or something, depends on the company.
