i didnt receive sms code on my mobile (number active)

I am requested sms when i log in through desktop/mobile , but i can normally log in though skrill app on smartphone.

VIP bronze account is blocked , all non vip accounts are not.

weird stuff...

It seems Skrill is going to shit by having a lot of temporary issues.

Existing accounts are blocked ; i also just tried to create new accounts and it cant be done due to CHAPCHTA problems.
Existing accounts , i enter correctly email -password-chaptcha and it still says incorrect.

Something very fishy is happening. It makes no sense to block thousands of accounts, it makes even less sense to ask for documents and not even give you the sms option (in my case and a lot of others that i asked around) when your queue is so big at normal days now the situation might require months, although to my case my account is up and running via e-mail exchanges (as silver vip) in less than a day. I can also confirm that i needed only ID no utility bill. It is all speculation now but it has some points

I have some non VIP accounts that i need to restart password and some VIP that i dont need to so i dont know what is going on.

On VIP on non-VIP I must reset passwords. They haven't reset password one neither acc for which I have sent ID in last 24h.

Why did not they notify the costumers few days before the action took place ?

Me and a lot of other people (pretty sure about it) have put some random mobile numbers on skrill accounts and we will never get the sms code.
How will this be resolved ? In the past  it was not a obligatory to put a correct mobile number , so we were free to put some random numbers. Now , we should be given the option to edit the number in order to get the sms code.

Then , bye bye skrill ...you are getting shit day by day !!!

currently have blocked 4 account ( all non VIP )
SIM cards are lost and waiting on their reply via emai will be so long term run.
