be careful when using a smartphone for arbing.
Some they identify the device id of  your android.

What do you mean "device id"?
Do you mean IMEI or serial number of the phone?
And how is it related to the VPN?
If you mean that the cellular network's id is identified , thats a different story..

its not related to the vpn.
probably every smartphone using android can be identified by an unique id every android has. probably its possible to change that im not sure. it needs more research.

As long as accounts in different names aren't registered or used on the device I would think it should be fine.

i am gonna set up my own vpn one of these days. you know for when you're traveling abroad so you have secure connection

i got raspbery pi at home, it's a 50€ home server and with open source software, it's quite cool

https://www.deviousweb.com/2015/11/29/raspberry-pi-as-an-openvpn-server/

advantages? you got the same ip as home, secure encrypted connection and it's free to use, unlike other pro vpns ;)
