proof of source of payment

Fri Sep 25, 2015 4:51 pm

hello

what happens when a bookmaker asks for a screenshot that shows the way your put money in your e wallet account?

we all know that it is not a good idea to show them this kind of transactions

thanks

ask them where in the terms and conditions it says you have to show them this?

The bookmakers who start to do this will also start to lose money, and if you think well you will see why.
There was times when bookies ask for verification via skype... they start losing customers and now they just ask for the normal KYC.
Stay focused and never give up!

E-wallets allow p2p transactions so this is not an issue. The real problem is when the same guy funds a (large) number of accounts. Again they should accept all explanations of this kind ''we are friends, we exchange funds because this is what e-wallets are about, but we never place bets together''.
You must also keep in mind that bookmakers exchange information with e-wallets even without your knowledge, so do not attempt to lie, alter any screenshot or another trick of this kind. This will be their chance to confiscate your money.

i am not sure that they are going to accept that. but i think it is the best solution.

this verification is a big problem for me at the moment.

and it will probably happen again, so what do you think is the "large number of accounts" Arbusers? i guess more than 1

if anyone had the same experience please tell me what happened in the end

Provide them screenshot immediately, bookies like LSbet, Rivalo, and some other from Curacao ask for KYC, if you not provide screenshot your account will be closed and you will never get your money back

One the bookmaker could answer this and the answer should be directly dependent on how much you pissed them off.

nice to hear that.
you provided the screenshot as they mentioned or chose another option?

bookmakers have no right to ask such papers guys.
some in their terms they refer they can ask ANY document!! this should change by reporting somewhere this kind of requests & if there isnt it should be one & very soon.
i think Ireland is starting something so many things can change on the punters favor.

some they refer that they can ask any paper for further IDENTIFICATION of the customer. so thEre is the trick. You reply to them that this document has nothing to do with identification.

transactions or what im doing with my e-wallet has nothing to do with the bookmaker im placing bets.
i can have transactions to my wife, girlfriend, dealer etc.bookies has nothing to do with all this.
