The £1000s they get in merchant fees, yet they introduce these silly fees which will cut down their huge merchant fees because many arbers will opt for other deposit options to books.

https://www.neteller.com/en/fees
>>*Please note that from 15 September 2015 a fee will be charged for Money Transfers between Germany and Turkey which is equal to 1% of the amount being transferred subject to a maximum fee of $10. From 15 October 2015, the same fee will apply to all Money Transfers.

However my transfer on October 18 was free of charge. I checked now, and can stil make a free transfer. Anyone who can also do it ?

one of my friends have still free transfer

Probably this change does not apply to VIP(maybe over gold VIP).

https://www.neteller.com/en/vip/overview

However the page does not say anything about this yet. Let's wait an update by Arbusers.

Exactly, no way I will be paying 10€ per transaction, not to Skrill not to Neteller! What is benefit of using eWallets anyway, you are excluded out of many bonuses by default, you are limited probably faster and they report your transactions or personal info to bookies (which imo is illegal).

So far it doesn't look good. Manager's position is sensitive. I m looking to find out what is releasable and what is not. Then I ll see if I can exclude our members from any nasty rule.
Again, it doesn't look good.

receiver pays the fees normally.
you tick the box if you, sender,  want to pay the fees instead.
when sending to gold VIP+, send money normally, no fees are charged.

also money transfers need to be accepted now if there is fees involved, so you can also cancel it.

I guess that means that no fees will apply if you send money to AC. They must have a Gold account.

And question remains, what about the accounts that are exempt from VIP program?
