Marathon Bet

Mon Mar 21, 2016 10:49 pm

I'm confused by Marathon Bet. It looks like Pinnacle because they often have the top prices to dutch (which draws me in from oddschecker) with but they behave like any other bookie and limit very quickly. After only half a dozen bets I can only get £60 on at evens which makes it hardly worth bothering.

The only time I've used Marathon is to dutch my bets because of low liquidity at exchanges, I've never tried to arb Marathon specifically. So despite me only using them when they have the best odds they should still have a small margin to make a profit from me.

LiveChat told me I could ask for a review of my limits. Are they likely to increase my limits if I explain my strategy, which is to treat them like Pinnacle?

No, they're known for fast limiting, even regular punters having good strike.

i wish my account could last more than few hours on marathon...would pay a fortune if someone knew how to avoid limits at least for a day
