damn, this is a ridiculous fee.. i would definitely stop using my prepaid card, if they implement this fee.

I got downgraded from Gold VIP to Silver VIP last week, but i didn't receive any email about the change of the fee structure. also, on the skrill homepage all fees look the same for me as before.

which country are you from? which VIP status do you have?

skrill on the site is written that for ATM withdrawals with the mastercard from May 17 you will pay a commission of 1.75% and I think this fee relates to the user base.
Instead, for users VIP Bronze you pay a commission of 1.80 euro for ATM withdrawals.
Yesterday I made last ATM withdrawal (in Italy) and I only paid 1.80 euro as T & C VIP BRONZE

Im winding down my Skrill usage and moving to debit card and bank wires completely from next month.

I dont like the way they are getting greedy, makes me think they have financial issues and my money is not protected, like it is with UK banks.

Their loss of £100K a month in business minimum.

Last year Skrill were taken over in a €1.1 billion deal so I am not in one bit worried about their finances. Unfortunately this comes down to pure greed on their part.

Well their greed will cost them whatever % they charge their merchants of £100K a month   :)

The email I got from them stated the changes don't apply for silver and higher VIP accounts.
