I got this email from Pinnacle today:

We wanted to let you know that as an EU based customer we will soon be moving you permanently to Beta View, the new and improved Members betting layout we recently introduced.

This move is essential to ensure Pinnacle Sports is fully compliant with the conditions of our Maltese Gaming License, but we are confident you will enjoy the improved customer experience.

Sent them an email;

This sounds ridiculous, so Malta Gaming Authority is actually telling you how to present your information to your customers? To be more specific, what is it in Asian view that does not comply with the Malta Licence?

In Beta View; where can I choose to show multiple leagues in a single view?

In Beta view; where can I choose to show multiple AH lines in a single view?

As noted in the email notification forwarded, these changes are essential to ensure we are fully compliant with the conditions of our Maltese Gaming License.  All related accounts must now be moved permanently to Beta View, with the alternative views removed.

This is not a feature option open to exceptions.

Also, please be advised that you must click on the drop-down menu on each line to display all the lines available for a certain game.

This is absolutely crazy, are they literally all mad there?

Either pinnacle's managers are brain damaged , or there's a sensible explanation for that and obviously not some MGA's rules.
I would say the latter

I think it's better that they start to put more tobacco on what they are smoking...
