Hey guys a need your help.
I need an alert service for a local bookmaker, which is not listed in any of the big alert services. Do you guys could tell me what is the easiest way to get one?
I know about feeds and webscrapping but i am not so handy in this area. I was thinking about paying somebody to make this for me, do you have experience with any freelancer or some company? I want it just for my personal use, and it doesnt have to be beautifully designed..
Or, maybe thats a stupid question, does any of the alert services webpage offer private services?
I am sure many of you did this or have similar experience, so any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks a lot!

Re: How to create alert service for local bookmaker
It seems I missed this post from Floralys.
I know BetBurger made some tailor made solutions for our members in the past and that includes covering locals. You can read on their board about it and the recent reactions from players.
Hope I m helping.
First of all I think the budget is very low for a freelancer. Secondly I would look at what is possible to be done with current resources, meaning I would ask RebelBetting, BetBurger and Oddstorm to see if they are able to take such a project.xajaker wrote: a budget of 3000 euros dont know if it is enough to cover the cost

Re: How to create alert service for local bookmaker
I have no idea, but BetBurger and the others will not start from scratch. That is why they might be far cheaper than 3k.
On the other hand a freelancer will have to start from scratch and therefore he will need to spend many hours in this project.

In my opinion I think the right price should depend on the quality of the product...for instance, 3000 euro for just 1x2 and un/ov crosses is a robbery but it could worth for a good and reliable software

Re: How to create alert service for local bookmaker
seems like i am out of options, betburger dont do customized alert service and rebelbetting that does is quite very expensive and only pre match.
i was thinking of finding some programmers from freelancer website but it is almost impossible explaining it to them. they just dont understand the project.
any more advise please, i can increase my budget for something good.

Re: How to create alert service for local bookmaker
Like you said a freelancer might be a pain to do the job. If BB and RB are not solutions then only possibility left for you is that someone already made it with these specific bookmakers that you want. I m afraid this is tough to find, firstly because everyone would like to keep it for him self, secondly because you (like Floralys) are not revealing the names of the bookmakers that you want to exploit.

No No, it is not like that, i have never held back any information i should be able to share.
There is no point my revealing the name of a bookmaker before i get the software built. if i find someone do get it done, of course he has to know the bookies which i share freely.
i dont think i should write the bookies here before finding the builder.

Re: How to create alert service for local bookmaker
I started learning how to web scraping and it doesn't seem impossible to do, I've filled some sheets easily but later I checked better and I read that in some cases (and I guess doing it from the bookies) is not legal.
Can someone confirm it? Thank you

Re: How to create alert service for local bookmaker
I'm referring to web scraping from some sites if you go against their T&C but I'm not 100% focused into this research so I'm quite approximate at the moment.
I'd like to learn this activity but I'm an arber first and I'm not able to do two jobs at once.

Re: How to create alert service for local bookmaker
The T&Cs of a bookmaker is not a law, but represents the type of relationship between the bookmaker and the client.
